Historic building, big room, in the old town Bathroom not very practical. Nothing to hang the towels, no space to keep your make-up or other things you usually keep in the bathroom. |

Location. Historic charm. Friendliness of desk staff. Hot dishes at breakfast were cold. 3 lights left on by maids everyday after cleaning. |

What a lovely hotel ! Interesting interior design, tastefully decorated, large comfortable room - we even had our own private sauna and bath with a view...wonderful. Location is amazing, couldn't be more central in the old city of Tallinn. |

We got upgraded due to low season and got an excellent suite 213, thank you for that, we really enjoyed the room, the Entrecote restaurant, the Ice bar abd the sauna (private at no extra cost) |

We found the staff friendly and helpful, excellent breakfasts, free sauna and central location of this hotel in the old town was superb. |

I have paid for parking but I have not even used it - and paid 20.00 eur with out waring that service costs 20.00 eur per night. Very nice hotel, but notice for what you are paying. |

Generally the hotel was good and the service attentive. Any problems were corrected quickly. Given the price of the accommodation I consider the hotel offered only "Fair Value For Money". Certain amenities were lacking. The room was somewhat smaller than one would expect for the cost. The bathroom was small and there were insufficient towels. |

position, toilet and sauna were fine, cleaning was done well, staff was polite and eager, carpet and curtains were very dirty, if your order a twin room it shoulkd be a twin. |

small hotel, few rooms, old house but great refurbished, rooms have different sizes, just right in the middle of the Old Town, has an attic garden, friendly staff breakfast has not a lot of variety so after 3 days it gets a bit boring, coffee could be better, not power outlet for the hair dryer near to a mirror |

Very central and very good staffing Ice Bar was very disapointing and not as brochure read, also we ate in the KD restaurant one night, only 3 main courses on the menu and the place was empty, which comes first? |

The hotel is full of character and is so convenient to the main square in Tallinn. The thing that made the holiday for us was the staff. They were really pleasant and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. |

Luxurious room; extremely helpful and friendly staff. A freestanding bath is the height of trendiness, but not a brilliant idea when you take a shower. With no shower curtain, water goes everywhere, and dangerously close to a set of smiling wall sockets. |
