Luxurious room; extremely helpful and friendly staff.

A freestanding bath is the height of trendiness, but not a brilliant idea when you take a shower. With no shower curtain, water goes everywhere, and dangerously close to a set of smiling wall sockets.

Central position. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Courteous, friendly staff (They even had a supply of umbrellas to lend when it rained!) They spoke fluent English.

Room was stylish, clean, although quite small.

No hair dryer available in the room. Room doors do not keep voices from the corridor away. The beds are indeed shortish.

This hotel is excellently located in the centre of the Old Town. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom with bath, shower & sauna en-suite was superb. Breakfast was good too with an excellent choice of hot and cold food and the staff very friendly and polite. managed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. The hotel location is fantastic. A thoroughly enjoyable experience

Service at the cafe was very slow on the Sunday night but given our overall experience, that was an aberration.

Please provide additional hooks in the bathrooms for hanging used towels -- so they can be reused, rather than being replaced.

location in Tallin was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, very polite. rooms large, bathroom superb.

we found a make-up item under the bed from a previous occupant, obviously had not been properly cleaned.Heating was a little difficult to regulate in very cold weather.

It was a really good conversion job of some 16th century merchant's houses, beside Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats) in Tallinn's old town. It was a comfortable boutique hotel that was good value for money and the staff were enthusiasitc and helpful.
