SPA was decent and not over crowded also gym.
Food buffet was little to expensive for quality. Dorpat in Tartu is much better.
half full :)
very nice rooms, good breakfast
Due to the airconditiong system (not possible to open the window) there were a bit a lack of fresh air.
Spa was excellent!
Breakfast was poor. Bathroom was unconvenient, water came through the bath edges and the floor was wet all the time.
Excellent location. Easy to get to the beach. Breakfast was very good.
The summer terrace was closed at 23:00.
Location and spa area very great
Lunch was terribly unorganized
Amazing view from the room, great location, very tasty buffet supper (recommended!) and rich breakfast. Spa is very clean and comfortable, easy to visit with an infant. Hotel is close to the sea. It also has a beautiful fountain besides the entrance. Our requests (regarding the view and bathrobe) were kindly fulfilled. Will visit again!
The bin pedal didn't work in our room. The pillows were uncomfortable (flat and small). Some staff members were unfriendly.
Meresuu remains to be the place to stay when you are in Narva-Jõesuu or in Narva for that matter.
Breakfast buffet was watered dawn over the years, but still can fill your stomach without you making an effort to swallow the food down. Staff seems to change every year - young girls and boys are replaced by new young girls and boys - and therefore sometimes service leaves a bit to be desired.
Location, the service-mindedness of staff, view from 11th floor.
The staff is trying hard, but they lack professionalism. And as Meresuu is located in Estonia, I'd assume that they understand Estonian, which was not always the case.
We had family room, it was big enough, quiet. We had quite low expectations about food and choice of wine according to previous comments, but it was opposite, wine selection quite OK and a la carte menu reasonable, girl servicing table was great.
In bath in our room it wasn't possible to change hot-cold water.
Nice building and friendly service. Wide selection of foods in breakfast.
Sauna area in SPA was very dimly lit, almost completely dark. A few more lights wouldn't hurt. SPA was very crowded during the day (saturday). It was better when we went back in the evening, few hours before closing.
Restaurant and food
In superiour room cost of 195€ per night I have found used mens socks (not mine!)...what means nobody took care of cleaning at all!!!
Good food in restaurant.
Small window in the room and bad view. I would of expect sea-view. Expensive food, specially vines (no value for money).
Nice rooms and spa.
Poor buffet dinner in restaurant, probably worst experience in hotel restaurant ever. Poor breakfest also. Unfriendly staff.
All was byutiful
It's a nice hotel surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and small resort town. the water park is beautiful.
It gets crowded on weekends and they put too much chlorine in the pool. Breakfast is average and prices have gone up a lot over last couple of years but the "spa" atmosphere and feel (including the way some of the staff interact with you) has gone down. In short you get the feeling it is a money-making enterprise and not much more.
The wellness center was good, very professional and variety of therapies and massages. The room was comfortable, quite and very clean.
Don't expect and smile from no body over there. 7 swimming pools? I still looking for the 5 that did not see. If you are looking for relax time, you will go to the wrong place, the saunas, pool, jacuzzi and water area, are the most noisy place to be, it look like a public swimming pool, family party with children running, scrimping and the parent drinking. The sauna is 2 small that only 4 people can be comfortable. The WORST is the food, I booked for 5 days, 5 days we ate same breakfast, same lunch and same dinner,
Good gym, nice breakfast, quiet location, various spa complex.
Staff could be more friendly and smiley than they are.
It was good a spa center
The Spa was very nice and all the saunas there, gym, clean rooms, staff...
