The quality of the facilities, staff, and service were very at a high level for the cost to stay there. The location is a little inconvenient. An on-demand shuttle to the airport and docks would be nice. My taxi charged at an exorbitant rate to go just a few miles in light traffic. |

The location is very convenient In vacation period this is a hotel used by group tours. Breakfast with so many people was impossible. If you do not like groups, don't choose this hotel |

Excellent quality, service and comfort for a very low price. Distance to the city center is small and can easily be covered walking. If I'm ever going back to Tallinn, this is the hotel that I'll book. We were situated on the top floor of the building and the wireless internet reception in our room was lousy. We experienced frequent drop-outs, not something you want when you're in the middle of booking a boat trip. |

Siisti, pysäköintitilat, aamiainen Huoneessa televisio (IPTV) ei toiminut huoltomiehemn käynnistä huolimatta, jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta. Kaksi virheellistä palohälytystä illan aikana. |

Korkeatasoinen ja siisti kylpyläosasto saunoineen. Erittäin monipuolinen kuntosali. Hyvä aamiainen. Ravintola suljettiin jo klo 22. |

Pidin hotellissa huoneestaamme, joka oli sviitti. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Sushi ja grilliravintola oli korkeatasoinen. Palvelualttiudessa baareissa oli parantamisen varaa. |

Sviitti oli viihtyisä. Wok & Grill -ravintolan buffet oli erinomainen. Allasosasto ihan viihtyisä, kivasti monta erilaista saunaa. Sijainti ihan näppärä. Aamulla spassa baari kiinni, eikä mitään juoma- tai vesiautomaattia ollut. Koko perhe janoinen kylpyläkäynnin jälkeen. Edes sellainen lähdevesiautomaatti olisi ollut riittävä. |

De fitnessruimte wordt naar alle waarschijnlijkheid ook gebruikt door mensen die niet verblijven in het hotel, waardoor ik op mijn plan om 's avonds te sporten ben moeten terugkomen. |

Fantastisk hotel med et fantastisk personall. Vi var på dette hotellet i forbindelse med et landweekend med venner. Passer både som foretningshotel og til privat reiser. Tallinn er en nydelig by og dette er hotellet å bo på. |

Palvelu oli hyvä, ja varsinkin aamiaisella huomioitiin erikoistoiveet. laktoositon puuro ja kaakao tehtiin erikseen pyydettäessä :) Lähestulkoon huonoin asia oli se, että huonetta ei siivottu lainkaan välipäivänä. |

очень змечательный водный комплекс и сауны. был очень испорчен сон,т.к. проветрить номер невозможно,ввиду абсолютно не открывающихся окон.есть кондиционер,но у него всё-таки другая функция. и совершенно нечего посмотреть по тв ребенку |

..das sehr freundliche Personal. Die gute Lage. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf das Meer (sehr schöner Sonnenuntergang). Das Zimmer wurde auch nachmittags aufgeräumt. Die Klimaanlage konnte nach Bedarf ein und ausgeschalten und geregelt werden. sehr neue Einrichtungen. Der Spabereich wirkt sehr neu aber es gibt keine Saunaordnung und kein lüften, desinfiszieren etc. Dementsprechend sprießt im Spa-Bereich in den Duschen schwarzer Schimmel. Hier sollte das Management wen für die Pflege bzw. eine Art Sauna-Guide abstellen. Es wäre auch gut wenn von Anfang an 2 Handtücher ausgegeben werden oder die Gäste angewiesen werden ein Handtuch aus dem Zimmer mitzunehmen. Unterlagen etc. werden in der sauna nicht verwendet, hier wird einfach auf das Holz geschwitzt. Im Zimmer war die Kastenwand sehr beschmutzt. |
