La variedad del bufet del desayuno y que la habitación dispusiera de bañera.

Las almohadas eran demasiado pequeñas y finas, y el hotel es bastante laberintico.

El Spa es extraordinario lo mejor del hotel y te dejan utilizarlo de 8 a 11, si tienes tiempo merece la pena, las instalaciones están muy bien La ubicacion es buena , cerca de la ciudad a 5 minutos andando

El desayuno y la atencion del personal del hotel en general horrible , van sobrados no te hacen caso, hubo un dia sin control en el desayuno no les quedaba de nada y estaba completamente lleno y tienen sitio e instalaciones de sobra pero lo pusieron en el peor sitio, la habitacion que nos dieron daba al interior y tienen los extractores en el interior , bueno es como viajar en avión hasta las seis de la tarde mas o menos que no funcionaban. La habitación un dia no nos la limpiaron Habitacion en oferta en Booking otra vez nos dan mala habitacion

Quality of the breakfast is poor. Swimming pool was closed and only 1 jacuzzi and a couple of saunas were avalable for te guests of the hotel since to 11 a.m. during our stay.

Parking does not belong to the hotel, thats not so clear.Parked the car and expected to pay with the hotel bill. Luckely did not get a parking ticket. staff did not mention that at all.

Convenient location to the old town. Good tea room on site.

The hotel was not functioning pool, spa section. The room was very noisy due to the fact that out right on the roadway. Do not have heating e in the bathroom, air conditioning did not work. Lean buffet for breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They gave my daughter a 21st birthday cake as a surprise on our first evening! The spa facilities were excellent.

All is good. So many different restaraunts with very good eat. Spa also is good, very good saunas, swimming pools.

I lived there 2 days and there was no cleaning room although the towel were change 1 time, but nothing more!

There is a swimming pool and wellness centre at the hotel.

The room and bathroom are a bit shabby and old-fashioned. Old TV. The breakfast buffet is poor. No fruit what so ever.

Helpfull staff corrected their mistake really well and made up for it! Sports club is real deal, highly recommended.

Restaurant prices are over the top, food is not that great.

Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Wonderful spa - value for money, amazing treatments and great, professional staff. Very clean and comfortable room, also included access to the pool, gym and saunas and because I had booked spa treatments, they lent me a robe and slippers for free. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious, if a bit repetitive. I love the fruit compote and the fresh yoghurt.

Breakfast coffee is pretty bad, but then that is true for most hotels. Had tea instead and went for a cup of coffee in town.

Reception staff was friendly

My room temperature was very low, it was actually freezing. When I noticed that around midnight, I didn't have time to complain to reception as I had a very early morning and needed to get to sleep. Sour throut in the morning.

Steam sauna

Bed wasn't cosy. We have asked for 1 king size bed and in check in we were given a room with 2 beds. The prise for water was differet in a prise list of the hotel and on the bottle itself. Swimming pool was very cold.

The location is good to explore Tallinn Old Town - it is just outside the old city, next to a park. We stayed on the 4th floor away from the main entrance, so it was quiet and we were not disturbed during night.

The hotel was seriously overpriced at nearly 140 eur per night for a standard room in a hotel that struck me at 3 star value (except for the availability of a swimming pool). If the price was half that, I would have no complaints. The swimming pool is free for the hotel guests only until 11:00. After that you have to pay 10 eur for 2 H. Both saunas didn't have the right temperature in them - they were hardly warm. The room was really old school with small, old tv and a remote with all the buttons were worn off. The hairdryer in the room and in the spa were also really old school. The one in spa hardly blew any hot air. The wi- fi internet was very slow in our room. At times the signal was lost completely. As we went downstairs for breakfast, it worked much better. The breakfast was simple and every day the same. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic as the staff didn't manage to clean after every customer and to top up the food & drinks. Didn't like the atmosphere in the breakfast room - very loud, lots of fuss, like a school canteen. Have stayed in large hotels before where somehow the atmosphere was better irrespective of the huge quantity of people eating - maybe it depends on the layout.

We couldn't book spa services advance from internet and we didn't get any treatments we want. There wasn't room service either so it was impossible to get breakfast to your room even if we had suite. Bad service and not 4 star hotel.

The spa was nice. Very good conference hotel, because the room price was reasonable.

There was shortage of personnel in the reception. There was lots of waiting when checking-in and checking-out.

We didn't stay at hotel at first night. What a shame! You must inform your client if something extraordinary is happining!
