First time in this hotel with own car. Was suprised when staff informed me that parking is not free. 14 euros per day souds really much. There could be info in booking also about additional expenses
The room was dirty, the cleaning lady left her cleaning mop on the sink. Towels for swimming pool cost 3 euros, no bath robes or slippers, so you have to bring it with you.
The wifi works badly or doesn't work at all in the room.
Very good spa, with 3 kinds of sauna, turkish bath and 2 jacuzzi. Room was small but comfortable. The hotel was probably almost full and there was no noise at all in the room. Close to the old town.
There is no room service and we were not able to order any food after 23:30
Overall it was really good, friendly staff
Due to the big number of people staying in the hotel, you can't expect any real personal service. When I was in my room at 10 am and didn't let the cleaning woman in at that very moment, she didn't come later anymore.
Good location right next to the historical centre, reasonable price, rich offer of leisure activities (mainly spa). I got a good massage for a good price.
Spa , Breakfast
Very bad HVAC system in room: very stifling and no fresh air inside.
On weekend evenings SPA is a bit too crowded. The food was not so good, but that is not the main aspect - you can eat outside in nearby places.
Good value for money.
Last time i could see RAI Uno on Sat TV. This time it was removed. Why ? =( Lack of shampoo in the bath.
Go with standard and -not- the classic room. They're noisy as hell. They cost a bit more but they're worth it.
1. I chose this hotel because of the wellness-area and the whole-day free entrance was included in my room-rate. However, as I arrived I was told that the wellness-area is closed for renovation. The lady on the reception started the talk with "You probably already know that....". But no, I was not informed in advance, and I didn't receive any compensation like room-upgrade or free drink in the bar. The only thing they gave me was a coupon for a free visit (2.5 hours) of a wellness-center somewhere in the city center. But it does not make any sense! I'm not going to the city to use a sauna before I go to sleep and I'm not going to the city to swim before breakfast! 2. There was no heating in the bathroom in my room. It was really cold there! 3. No additional blankets. 4. The minibar was locked, and there was no key to open it. 5. There were enough lamps in the room, but not all of them worked, and for those which worked there were not enough sockets.
Very good breakfast: big choice and very tasty!
Traffic noise was loud and disturbing especially at nights.
Breakfast was satisfying, we enjoyed free morning-spa. Parking in the garage was important to us.
Empty bottle was found in the room from previous guests.
There was only one coffee machine at the morning buffet which created some wainting time.
bed was little noisy
free pool and sauna was good.
We asked allergy room with twin bed. Carpet was on the floor and two seperate beds put together. Noise from the street was awfull, couldn't sleep well.Window seals bad and too thin!
The queues of check-in and check-out were too long. They gave us two single beds instead of the double bed that we requested. The breakfast was supposed to last until 11, but when we went there a little after 10, some of the food was finished and we couldn't even find spoons. The tables were full of used dishes and a sitting place was difficult to find. The staff took away all the food strangely early so all we got was porridge and coffee. And it wasn't even half past 10.
The room was nice and clean and bright. Service was friendly and competent.Free entrance to the pool and gym was great.
staff are slow on check-in breakfast is not good pay in advance for all days of stay
Long queue for check-in and check-out As there wasnt enought stuff we were forced to place our luggage at the reception and not at special luggage room. I wasnt sure about safety of the luggage. Pity we couldnt use SPA center the last day after check-out
Very close to Old town Great SPA center and facilities Good breakfast
Вreakfast on a weekday much poorer than on Sunday, bottle of vater in the room for 5 Euro.
Location, SPA, tea making facility, staff.
Very rude soviet era like service. Long wait when checking in. Poor breakfast. Not so nice experience.
There was no bottle opener in the room. But OK, this is a minor thing.
I liked the location of the hotel. Near citycenter but not as noisy as in the old town. 10 minutes walk to the railway station.
Pedicure supposed to be one hour long lasted only 45 minutes. Effective time only 25 minutes (10 min bath + 10 min polish drying).
The Old town of Tallinn just a few steps away. Free acess to the spa which was open every day til 22.00 pm. Possibility of treatments and a hairdresser in the same building.
Colours and steel, cleaness, atmosfear...
Chef in the Chinese restaurant ( with long hair and glasses) wins the award for the worst customer service attitude ever witnessed. he constantly argued I believe in Russianwith other staff in front of customers and took forever to replemish the ingredients for the WOK material.
Location excellent. Value for money for the level of service provided
