We enjoyed using the spa daily and playing roulette at the casino on the 3 nights it was available. The price of the food/drinks were very high. |

Hotel was clean, good location, comfortable. Good value for money. Staff was not responsive, not very keen to serve. But this is somehow standard in these days in Eastern Europe unfortunaltely. For 4 star hotel this shoud not happen. |

Spa Veekeskus was great and we recommend, but do not accept the old rooms for your stay. We paid a good money (upper segment room rate) for hotel incl. spa 2 nights in Meriton Grand Hotel Tallinn. However, the room was really outdated and from 1980's, I have never been in such a low-quality room in Tallinn and believe me, I have been in many of them. Minibar was broken, some of the lights were broken, it was smelling a smoking room despite non-smoking sign etc |

The hotel is not exact in the city centre, but it's easy to get there. Nice rooms, big sportsclub, nice people. Breakfast was awesome!!! Of course, we'll choose this hotel when being in Tallinn again. |

The hotel was at a very nice location right outside the old town, breakfast buffet was good aswell as other restaurants in the hotel. The spa was a little bit smaller than I had imagined but quite nice with all the different saunas. we stayed on the fourth floor of the hotel and when it rained the tin roof was really loud, we were up late at night because of the noise :( |

Good location. A variety of restaurantans, cafes etc. The Asian was really good value - buffet dinner for 16 EUR. Pool. Parking is 10 EUR/day, which is neither bad nor good. |

Nothing very much. A long (20-30 min walk) to Old Town. Kettle in rooms but no choice of coffee without sugar already mixed in. Room service very slow and not helpful on phone. Food not very nice. Attendants guard coffee pot as though it were made of gold at breakfast and were stand-offish. Breakfast dull. More for business and conferences than holidaymakers/leisure. Food/drink prices quite high. |

Отель расположен рядом с центром. Подземная парковка, лифт из парковки. На завтрак была очередь. (два отеля и в этот кафе в одном отеле не работало) |

Kokonaisuudessa hyvin toimiva henkilökunta ja hienot puitteet hotellissa.Erityis Kiitoshotellin punatakkiselle ( pikkololle ) . Hän aina hymyilee ja on erittäin kohtelias ja avulias ! Hotelli on parantunut uudistuksen myötä ! |

Sijainti mainio, näköala Tompean vuorelle, muurille ja puistooon ihana. rauhallinen ja hyvällä maulla sisustettu hotelli. Ystävällinen palvelu. Kaikki OK. Bidee-suihku puuttui huoneen kylpyhuoneesta. |

Kaunis hotelli, jonka ei tupakoivien huone oli erittäin siisti ja täytti odotukset. Myös hotellin allas- ja saunaosasto olivat hienot. Henkilökunta on erittäin nuivaa. Vaikka oli varattu savuton huone saimme ensimmäiseksi yöksi tupakoivien huoneen. Seuraavana päivänä asiasta reklamoidessamme asiaa vähäteltiin ja kerrottiin, ettei muita huoneita ollut vapaana. Saimme kuitenkin lopulta huoneen vaihdettua ja uusi huone oli siisti ja hieno. Sama vaiva koski kylpytakkeja. Olimme ottaneet paketin yhteydessä myös kylpyläpaketin, joten oletimme ilman muuta, että kylpytakit sisältyvät huoneen hintaan. Näin ei kuitenkaan ollut, vaan niistä veloitettiin erikseen. Hinnoittelun tulisi tämän osalta olla selkeämpää ja palvelun paljon positiivisempaa. |

Hotelli oli rauhallinen, kylpylä uutta aikaisempaan verrattuna, aasialainen ravintola positiivinen yllätys, yleisten tilojen siisteys, henkilökunnan ystävällisyys, kylpyamme! Hotelli oli tuttu aikaisemmilta kerroilta. Saamamme huone oli tällä kertaa pienempi kuin aikaisemmin, oli vähän enemmän kuluneisuutta kuin odotin, elokuvakanava olis ollut kiva. |

Просторный номер, возможность пользоваться СПА комплексом, очень удобная парковка, рядом со старым городом. Персонал на ресепшн при таком количестве российских туристов должен минимально знать русский язык. |

Kiva kokemus. Oli mukava, kun Spa-osaston käyttö kuului hintaan ja kävimmekin testaamassa mm. monet saunat. Palvelu oli miellyttävää. |

Hotelli oli mielestäni edullinen tasoonsa nähden. Siksi voisin harkita yöpymistä kyseisessä hotellissa uudestaankin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotelli muutoinkin kaikin puolin mielyttävä. Yritin varata hotellin hoitoja jo ennen matkaa, mutta valitettavasti yhtään vapaata aikaa ei ollut tarjolla. Koska rentoutuminen hieronnoissa ym. hoidoissa oli matkani tarkoitus, jäi tästä vähän pahan mieli. Hoitojen saatavuudella on suuri merkitys spa-hotelleissa. |
