Good location, friedly staff
Close to the old town square in a quiet area. Reasonable price.
Small room. Curtain did not cover the window completely. Tiny desk and no fridge.
Attitude of staff is very poor.
Good location, good food
labirinth way to the rooms, many stairs, high price compare the to quality
Great location steps away from city main square. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Great idea for a hotel as it is like an old church.
Tiny room. Staff a little rude.
Zits at the front desk made outstanding recommendations for dinner and was helpful with sightseeing ideas. We opted for a larger room since we were there for 4 nights. Room was comfortable, not fancy but very good value as was the included breakfast.
Some street noise because the hotel faces two streets. Not a big deal. You can get interior courtyard room.
Old city near hotel Bathroom and french TV
room very small 1m70 large It's not serious And for very small room not a very small price 45 € without breakfast And very bad small bed
Too small room.
Location - old town
One receptionist was rude and was very busy doing her things; Tiny, smelly rooms; whole third floor stank drainage;
The personal in restaurant (during breakfast) looks so unpleasant and untidy. Bad smell of drainage in all hotel.
Location is perfect, good breakfast, clean and very beautiful
Noise from street, bed was not confortable, 3 stairs no lift
Location was great as minutes away from the busy pub area
very good location for the old town, staff very helpfull.
a little over priced....
Free use of nearby spa, clean rooms, good breakfast and great location.
I was rather unlucky with the room (315). It was one of these family joint-rooms that were separated with doors, now in single/double room use. The guest(s) in the next room happened to be very loud throughout the night, and there was absolutely no soundproof between our rooms.
Close to everything. Good food. Warm and comfortable.
Small flat screen tv was fixed to wall up high with no adjustment. Best viewing position was standing in front of it!
Beautiful old building with great location, comfortable room, large bathroom.
Air conditioning systems in bathroom and outside the window were very noisy. Also the walls were thin, so we could hear people talking in the next room
Single room all too small, for room rate via booking.com
great location and comfy
Location is great, staff is friendly. Very close to Square, a lot of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Staff is ready to explain how to get places that you need.
I stayed at bunk bed room. Room is extremely small. No place for chair and table. Wanna sit? Sit down at bed, please. Shower is combined with toilet. Shelf is below the mirror, so it's very uncomfortable for face wash and teeth clean.
Location, Location, Location! For an Old Town hotel, the price is right and the style/feel of the hotel suits perfectly what you're hoping to experience in Tallinn - old world, northern European, medieval- colored charm. Breakfast was very good and certainly in keeping with the best of what you usually see in good establishments in Tallinn, rooms were comfortable, well appointed, and exhibited the style that suits Tallinn to a 'T.' No real complaints here - worth the stay and will be happy to return!
I've stayed in both standard rooms and economy rooms. The standard rooms are lovely, the economy rooms are equally attractive and clean, but they offer a microscopic amount of space, and usually have bunk beds (well, after all, it is an 'economy' room!). One other minus - the four floors have a lift that only reaches up to the third. If you can, request a room other than one on the fourth, otherwise you'll have to haul your bags up a flight of stairs. If you travel light, or take a lot of vitamins, you'll probably not mind the hike with luggage.
nice loction, tasty breakfast, clean
great location in the downtown, very nice people, good restaurant at the basement, great atmosphere
very smalllll room, small bathroom, kettle and cups on the windowsill - uncomfortable and dangerous
Excellent location. Quirky and characterful.
No air con
I wanted to have one big bed I guess it is called queen bed, not two separate beds.
Breakfast was ok
Room smelled like sewer, receptionist very rude, low quality bed, very confusing hotel layout like a labirynth up and down stairs to find the room, got lost 3 times. For the price better off elsewhere, not 4* quality far from it, maybe 2*.
