Location is great, staff is friendly. Very close to Square, a lot of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Staff is ready to explain how to get places that you need.
I stayed at bunk bed room. Room is extremely small. No place for chair and table. Wanna sit? Sit down at bed, please. Shower is combined with toilet. Shelf is below the mirror, so it's very uncomfortable for face wash and teeth clean.
great location in the downtown, very nice people, good restaurant at the basement, great atmosphere
very smalllll room, small bathroom, kettle and cups on the windowsill - uncomfortable and dangerous
Excellent location. Quirky and characterful.
No air con
I wanted to have one big bed I guess it is called queen bed, not two separate beds.
Breakfast was ok
Room smelled like sewer, receptionist very rude, low quality bed, very confusing hotel layout like a labirynth up and down stairs to find the room, got lost 3 times. For the price better off elsewhere, not 4* quality far from it, maybe 2*.
Location Style Cafe´ Restaurant
Breakfast Beds poor No ventilation in the room (hot) No information about whats up in Tallinn
Fresh, quite, location, very soft beds, small rooms.
Location , breakfast buffet, restaurant and Café Mademoiselle
Nil except lack of aircon
The room was too small...
Access to the Sauna and pool of sister establishment. Nice old character building.
The room was very tight, with no space to place luggage or sit down to read.
Location is excellent, in the middle of Old Town. The staff are helpful and positive during our stay. Breakfast is good.
The room (304) is extremely small, it is not a double room, can be single room. Bathroom is not a bathroom, it is approx. 2 sqm cell filled with a toilet, shower, and a wash basin.
nice and clean room, wifi works, decent breakfast, nicely designed halls in an old building
as it was very hot and the room had no air con, there was the choice between heat and noise, as the street is a nightlife hub -- didn't concern me so much but it might do for other people
great location, easy access to all the attractions of the old town, good breakfast.
no air condition
Excellent location. Very nice medieval building, though it is not as good-looking as it seems in the pictures - it has some kitsh details and the carpets and stairs look quite shabby. Breakfast included and it is varied enough. Wi-fi works perfectly.
The room was too hot e it had a terrible smell and dirty carpets; I had to sleep with the window opened (the window is actually quite dangerous as it has no protection and the room was on the 2nd floor); with the window opened, my sleep was disturbed by the sound of other guests pushing their trolleys - this sound was terribly amplified because it's a narrow, private street outside. When I requested the receptionist to change to another room, she seems to be surprised and told me I would have to pay more for an upgrade - definitely not a very sensitive response from a commertial point of view.
Perfect location, clean, helpful smiling staff, rich breakfast, elevator, free wifi. I recommend it.
Small room, no Air con. (i knew it, but it doesn't matter for couple of nights in Tallinn)
The location in the Old Town of Tallinn
The room was tiny The bathroom was impossible to have a shave or wash your face in the basin The toilet was separated from the shower by a plastic curtain, which did not prevent the floor getting wet and preventing use of the toilet at the same time The noise from the plant room was very loud We were told that a spa and sauna were available, we were not told that these were located in a another hotel, 20 minutes walk away from where we were staying The bed was not a double bed as indicated in their claims but rather two single beds pushed together which had poor mattresses Coffee and tea making facilities were available but stored on the window ledge and almost impossible to use safely in the room
Great location, very friendly staff, bed very comfortable, breakfast buffet had an excellent choice
Twin room was very small and very hot.
One of the very best spots in Tallinn
Tiny beds - I know it was cheap but we had an upgrade!
Noisy rooms - google account hacked minutes after booking in by the hotel server - bathroom flooded
great placement, nice staff
rooms are not so big as in photos, and no climate control, was really hot
The location was excellent, right in the historical old town.
The attitude of the staff gave an impression of not being very welcome. There were bored faces at the reception rarely saying "hello". There was an unpleasant incidence during the stay. The cleaning lady insisted in doing daily cleaning in my room at 16:00 when I was already back in the hotel. After my refusal I received the high-toned call from the reception insisting the same with the wish to change the towels. We agreed that they will do it the next day but no fresh towels were brought the next day after all. It was totally unnecessary inconvenient incident.
The room was in the basement...dark and no view!
no computer in the lobby..?
Location was perfect, only 2 minutes away from the old town square. Breakfast was also quite good. Nice quite garden to sit down and relax.
Well, nothing was really poor, but my single room was small (which I knew when I ordered, so that's ok), but hard to "climb" up the stairs to the bed..
Everything! Wonderful town and good hotel, a perfect combination!
