Friendlly and helpful staff. Good accommodation without the frills. Free internet access PC - WiFi available if you have your own notebook. Good relaxed restaurant that provides good choice of food. Good continental style breakfast. Some would like to have access to a hotel lounge: the main public area was the lobby bar and the restaurant. All bedrooms are on the small size but we were always out. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I feel that the room for 2 people was too small, leaving my husband and I to have to take turns in moving around. |

We were transferred. We didn't stay because our room wasn't ready (ok, had coffee) and then, despite publicity, there was no smoking (survivable) and then no one came to help us with an ever open window - last straw. |

The room was small, cramped and extremely hot and stuffy. The aircon was ineffective and made no difference. The room faced onto one of the busiest roads in Tallinn making it impossible to open the windows for ventilation. All in all, three of the worst nights sleep I've had in my life. The room bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website, also I booked a double room and got a twin. |

It was a clean, cosy hotel with good location and at that time quiet place to stay. The room was did not correspond to the image you give on your wedsite as the size of the room was VERY small and the bed was TOO small for two persons - 120 width cannot be considered to be a bed for two persons!! Moreover the bed was old and soft and the madrass were the sheet is on was so old/ it could not hold in its place and when one changed position, the madrass did too. |

Overall I had a great experience - for the money the location and accomodation were appropriate - although the rooms were small I think the price fit = anyway how much time do you spend in the room. But in addition to the appropriate value - the staff were wonderful. Booking taxis, confirming flights, they were always willing to help and so polite. I |

Customer Service, personell are very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel in Old Town is very convinient. The room we stayed was very small, which was not mentioned in the hotel's description in the web. There was no wireless internet in the room. |

The online reservation was not showing on the computer of the reception on the day. It is only thanks to the very kind and resourceful lady at the reception that the problem was finally solved. You should see to it that the online reservation gets there faster. |

Trivelig og serviceinnstilt betjening, flott beliggenhet I gamlebyen, veldig rent rom og ellers på hotellet, de små rommene fungerte faktisk, koselig. Litt mer utvalg v frokost. 2 ost, skinke, syltetøy, pølse og egg ble litt kjedelig 3 dager på rad. |
