Meriton Old Town    

Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel was very welcoming Position of the hotel was excellant for exploring shower was good and bathroom very clean.

Breakfast- scrambled eggs were good but tepid. Pastries not replaced when plate empty only saw them once when went to breakfast 08.30 very small bathroom/bedroom ( think budget room) and despite asking for a quite room room 105 was by very busy main road.

I liked the location, the entrance interior, the free use of the wireless internet, the fair price and the friendliness of the staff. It was also a great thing to have a free access to the spa of the Meriton Spa hotel.

The breakfast was not very good: only one type of bread, bad Edam cheese, the scrambled eggs were not so fresh any more before 10 a.m. The room was small and not very comfortable. The bed was quite hard. I was sleeping with my wife, but we did not have a real double bed. Instead, we had two single beds, which were loosely locked to each other. The beds started easily move apart.

I very liked to stay in this hotel, its situated in old town and it's very convenient, also there is a parking zone, you can also enjoy spa-zone (but in another their hotel), nice breakfast, friendly staff. We have spent there nice time)

Location, beautiful shape of room, balcony, large windows.

Room directly at busy road (night and day, noisy!). In the middle of the night people started slamming doors. I asked for a bath instead of shower in the preferences section, they didn't reply. When I arrived it appeared that I had booked a more luxury room with shower instead of a cheaper one with bath and they didn't want to change it (whilst there were still rooms free).

We visited Tallinn for four days and stayed in Meriton Old Town Hotel. It was a perfect choice for a weekend trip for a couple - in the center of Vanalinn (Old Town), but 5 mins. From tram stop, which makes far-city trips easier. Clean cosy rooms. Soft beds. Good service. Tasty breakfast. Good shower.

SPA-center was not in the same hotel - 15 minutes walking. It`s not far, but it was a bit weird to walk through windy city after sauna. And the reason why we, russians, are ashamed of our music history - 80s-90s pop-music as lounge throughout all hotel. But nice service was pleased to reduce volume to minimum after asking (i guess, this music is a part of Russian Cuisine interior). BUT (+) the last supper we had Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra music in the dining room. That was awesome.

Hotel had some character with being built into the city walls, breakfast was good for a continental 'style' breakfast. Not far from town centre Able to use pool and spa facilities of Meriton Grand hotel. Friendly staff. Clean

Small rooms Small beds and beds were made in a strange manner. You had to make them yourself again.

Very good location: near Old City, railway Station, ferry harbor and urban transport stops. Cute building, recently renovated. Directly across the famous Oleviste church. Friendly staff is speaking fluent English and Russian.

Could not take drinks to room. Although there was a mini bar but would have been nice to take our glasses of wine to our room. No scales to check luggage before flight home

Customer service was bad. We stayed in a basement room which had a window that wouldnt open. We asked twice to have it fixed. it was never fixed

The hotel was located on the edge of Old Town so there was quiet and peaceful. Boat Harbour was within walking distance as well as all the attractions. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was also good and varied.
