Our room was spacious, modern, very comfortable, and very clean. The staff was uniformly gracious and helpful. Breakfast was a magnificent buffet that would have appealed to any palate! The hotel is located very near the Old Town center of Tallinn, which is lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

The WiFi connection from our room was weak, but the staff plans to remedy that situation.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel and room - both were very clean. Great design - made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious.

Location and confort (close to airport and next to city center)

Wonderful modern hotel, 3 minutes walking from the old town, excellent breakfast, comfortable room

there is a renovation on the neighboring site. It shall be finished soon, but at the moment it is the active phase

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful view on the old town from the pool & clean spa. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, for example: our hairdryer didn't work and they wanted to give us immediately another room. Free internet. Perfect location, close to the old town and the shopping mall.

Well run hotel. Clean and smart rooms. Excellent breakfast. Spa/fitness area "small but perfectly formed". Nice fittings, though the pool is not very big.

Excellent Hotel in so many ways. The hotel is very nice and so are the rooms, modern, well equipped and very clean. The sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool were great (they charge extra for towels which I found a bit silly). The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, good variety and even at busy Easter holiday there was never anything missing. The location is perfect, is close to everything. The old town is about 2 blocks away, it’s a 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, the bus station is 3 tram stops away, in front of the hotel there is a big shopping centre, and literally behind the hotel is a trendy neighbourhood with shops, bars and restaurants. Couldn't have chosen a better hotel.

The room temperature is very cold and you can't change it or do anything about it.

The hotel is in the center, the bus to the airport (no 2) takes ca 15 minutes and only 1,6 eur. The hotel is clean, quite, the breafast spread is very extensive.

good location, very good breakfast with local specialties and basic variety of food. 5 min walk to old town. relaxing sauna and pool on the top floor.

no slippers and bathrobes which such type of hotels usually offer in every room.

My stay was too short.

the room is nice and comfortable

breakfast was crowded and nowhere to sit, tables not cleaned. Stale coffee. Something always missing (one day it was toast, the other day the juice dispenser was out of order, etc.). Fried eggs were blueish colour, never seen blue fried eggs. The lobby and elevators were not very clean due to the crowd, I guess. I was charged extra for a fresh coffee at breakfast although I go to this hotel regularly and stay for 5 nights every time.

Hotel is at an excellent location, just at the doors of the old town, with many restaurants, bars and shopping places around. Rooms were very confy: king size bed, modern bathroom and quite spacious. Breakfeast had a big variety of quality food. Access to the spa was included.

The room was a bit cold during the night. The spa/swimmin pool is smaller than what it looks in the pictures and it gets easily very crowded. The water temperatur in the main swimming pool was a bit cold. During the weekend there was big groups of Finnish people that basically took over of all the space in the spa and made the stay not so relaxed for the other customers.

Great location (about 200-300m from Old Town and 400-500m from business area), wonderful spa area on last floor (fitness, sauna, pool, jakuzzi), very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast with large choice of food. All in all, excellent choice for this money!

Plenty of space in the room. Bath not just a shower. Free bathrobes and sleepers in the room. Big panoramic window with the splendid view on the city. Good breakfast. Very interesting floor design))

A little bit cool in the room/ Air conditioner didn't work correctly - can't make warmer. No tea, coffee implements within the room.

Nice and stylish room. Extensive breakfast. Early breakfast available at 4am. Only a few meters from old town.

no openable window in our room. Extra-bed in our double room was camp bed style but bearable. Staff friendly but undedicated. Hotel is very big.
