The Hotel was conveniently situated for all atractions. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional. We felt the room, spa facilities and breakfast were excellent. Very good value for money. This Hotel was recommended to us and I would certainly recommend it to others. The glass screen in the ensuite may not be suitable for some couples.

The Nordic hotel was in a goog location and a very comfortable hotel, would recommend. The fact the bar closed @ 11pm and midnight the weekends,it would have been nice to maybe have stayed in past those times but maybe it a license issue?

We stayed at the hotel during a weekend for a short family break. The hotel is in an excellent location, right accross the road from one of the biggest shopping malls, and within 5 minutes walk to the Tallinn Old Town. Buffet breakfast was excellent and all staff was friendly and responsive to all our requests. One small thing, it would be good to have a changing table for kids in the disabled toilet in the lobby.

The hotel is located right in the old town and it's easy to get to all the attractions. The room we had was big, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was big and with enough choices to please everyone. We had to check out at 3am and the staff was extremely helpful and there was even an early breakfast set out for the guests. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location, right next to the old town. Customer service was a little strange - in general everyone was very nice, but the receptionists weren't always particularly helpful. For example - asking for advice on where to go for lunch appeared to be a strange question! Equally, asking for directions to a particular street brought on questions of why we wanted to go there and comments about it not being worth it - an unusual approach! Finally, when we 'commented' that we had been told the wrong times for breakfast, and had therefore missed it, we were told that if we had said it to the receptionist at the time they might have been able to do something, but now (an hour later) it was too late, *shrug of shoulders*.

The staff at the hotel reception was very helpful. They gave me good advice in choosing restaurants. The hotel is much overrated. Personally, I like Scandinavian design, but the furnishing of the rooms was too simple. It was the same for the bathroom. In particular the quality of the bath towels was minimal. All gave the impression of being in a student residence of very good quality, not in a four star hotel. The price / quality ratio was therefore too high. In addition, during my stay, the hotel has hosted large groups of travelers. At breakfast, the restaurant was invaded by hordes of people. It was extremely noisy, and it was impossible to start the day with a leisurely breakfast. And besides, they did not serve as bitter orange marmalade...

The location was fantastic - not even a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and only 5 mins walk into the old town. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The lobby bar had a beautiful fireplace and the food and service was great. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had.

Good food, ability to change the dates of our stay even with a non- changable rate. 1. When we arrived, there were no rooms for us although we already paid for them in advance (and quite much) 2. Unfriendly reception staff (especially, the Russians) 3. Chilly hot water in the shower (suite) 4. Awful shower - it just hangs there in the ceiling. What if i don't need to wash my hair? It will get wet anyway 5. No booklets except for the city map 6. Same room cost much less 2 days after i booked it. Very disappointing. 7. Small swimming pool - in the advertising picture it looks much bigger.
