Probably the best bathroom I have had the pleasure of using in many rears. Food was excellent and the staff helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me to find restaurants. |

cannot be faulted. leisure facilities and lobby menu great. excellent value. handy location for shopping and old town bar closed too eary for a hotel of such quality should be bar open later |

We really liked the hotels location, spa and room service. 1.The underground parking service was awful. Each time we went out or in with a car we had to wait really long for the gates to be opened although we pushed all the buttons correctly.2. The employees didn't speak to us Russian at all. How can the staff of four star hotel just simply ignore you when you ask them something in Russian??? We were forced to use English which was really hard. |

Good central location, easy to get to-from airport, port or bus station; old town just in couple of minutes walk; comfortable room, good breakfast and helpful staff. the wellness centre on the top is small but it gives a nice alternative for relax. the glass wall between bathroom and room is confusing. |

Fast and easy check-in. Friendly and English speaking staff. Free wireless in Lobby and meeting room. very convenient location. no wireless access in the room. very soft mattress. airconditioning working slow and not very accurate |

An excellent hotel, very modern, very comfortable with a perfect location. The facilities of the hotel were beyond our expectations!! We spent quite some time in the hotelbar/lounge, but never saw a smile on the face of the bartender! They should learn form the receptionists, who smiled constantly!! |

I thought the hotel was very clean and central and the price, on booking.com was good. I don't think the full price would have been value for money. It was christmas, and the communication with guests was very poor, for example change in breakfast times (we had an aircraft to catch) and the closing time of the relax centre. |

Large, quiet rooms (even standard double rooms). Top standard and very stylish design of the entire hotel. And the restaurant (Monaco) certainly is among the very best food you can get in the Baltics, at a very reasonable price! We have stayed here three times now, and will certainly return again. The breakfast serving is a bit disorganised and could have more selections of bread/cheese/sausages. Can be difficult to get your hands on some of the dishes when the breakfast room is crowded, before the plates are emptied. |

The room was excellent and even though it was close to elevators it was quiet. The breakfast wasn't as good as you might have assumed based on the hotel otherwise, but it was good still. |

Close to the old town, good standard of the hotel, clean and calm hotel. I missed an iron in the room but that was quickly solved by the reception. All you have to do is ask............ The beacon at the breakfast buffé was not crispy enough. The the tv-monitor in the room was excellent but it took forever to just turn on a tv channel because you have to get through the menu and press about 5-6 buttoms everytime you turn on the tv. |

They didn't clean my room after the first night! The hotel is in two buildings but is you stay in the second one it's really uncomfortable have access to the restaurant and the reception. |

nice pool during 4 days maid never clean floor in bathroom - awful, it was not possible to reduce the temperature in the room - controler were blocked, also tv set doesn`t work correct |
