nice pool

during 4 days maid never clean floor in bathroom - awful, it was not possible to reduce the temperature in the room - controler were blocked, also tv set doesn`t work correct

Lovely big room, big bathroom and comfy beds, although quite small for
single beds, great breakfast. The location was excellent!! Just a short
stroll across the road and you were in the old city. A short stroll in
the opposite direction and there were several shopping centres including
an excellent supermarket to buy groceries. Very close to the ferries.
Free underground parking!!!

The room hadn't been vacuumed when we checked in. Crumbs all over the
floor and bits of food still on the floor. The cleaning staff were
extremely busy. They were still cleaning rooms at 3.30pm. When we first
checked in we were in a room that looked straight into a construction
site with workers staring into our room. I asked to be changed and it
was no problem.

nice and clean room, swimming pool, placed very close to the Old Town

one big table with food for brackfast so it was were crowdly around (but if you are patient you will survive ;-)

Very good service, staff is helpful and friendly. +++ The hotel restaurant is one of the very best in Tallinn, and prices are very reasonable, too. We know what we are talking about here, having tried almost all high-ranking restaurants in town. +++ The (deluxe) room was very big, stylish and comfortable. +++ The pool on top floor was really fun, at least for our son. No cost! +++ Parking garage

Only two small complaints, and then we are quite picky: The cleaners forgot some minor details, which were fixed after a call to the reception. And we would like to see some more towel hangers in the bathroom.

the rooms and staff were very good

the breakfast was chaotic.so we did not eat on the last morning,> plus the air conditioning system did not work it never went below 23 c>>... apart from that we enjoyed our stay james s kelly .....
