First of all its a very good propotion price - quality. For this price its enough. European hostel with good comfortable clean rooms. Very good location cause its situated really in the centre of the city, 5 minutes to Town Hall Square. |

the decoration was like on the fotos it was individual not just the same old hostel style, it was very central and other guests were nice. the staff, facilities like bathroom and kitchen equipment as well the rooms in general weren't as good as described. but especially the unfriendliest staff on our whole journey or maybe even in my whole life was very disappointing. |

При заказе надо быть внимательным, у них два здания, № дома 22 вполне приличные комнаты, в доме № 26 все гораздо хуже по той же цене |

Находится в Старом городе Таллина, в 5 минутах ходьбы до Ратушной площади и 2 минутах ходьбы до Толстой Маргариты, откуда великолепно просматривается новогодний фейерверк=) Доброжелательный персонал, праздничная атмосфера, чистые, уютные номера, комфортная температура во всем хостеле, гостеприимная кухня, где большой компанией гостей из разных стран, как одной семьей, можно весело провести время=) Столкнулась с проблемой преавторизации карты: хостел не имел технич. возможности вводить cvc-код (хотя при операциях через интернет это стандарт.процедура), и банк отклонял данную операцию. В результате пришлось вносить предоплату банковским переводом с немаленькой комиссией. Вопрос:Зачем запрашивать инф-ю о карте, если вы не можете ею воспользоваться?Почему клиент должен за это нести доп.расходы? |
