The hotel location is very good, near the main touristic points, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Be aware if you have heavy luggage, or locomotion disabilities: there is no lift to the rooms and the stairs are steep and narrow. During summer the sun shines during almost all night, and there is no black-out curtain, so be prepared to sleep in a bright room. |

The hotel is situated in the very middle of Old Town (from airport - 15min by car). The room was nice and neat. The personnel was obliging and really very attentive to guests. The room furniture isn't modern but taking into consideration that this hotel is located in Old Town it's excusable. :) |

The position of the hotel was excellent. Right near the main sights of the old town. The breakfast was also really good. There are cheaper places to stay but this hotel was really nice. |

Location excellent. We had trouble with the booking. Staff wasn´t aware that we had booked a better (deluxe) room and placed us first in the cellar room with no windows. When checking out, the staff tried to charge us 100 euros more than the price booking.com had confirmed. Also there were no curtains in the deluxe room. |

It is a cosy, nicely situated and beautifulle furnished hotel. The staff is professional. The food in the restaurant is very good though we were told they had a new cook and because of that not everything on the menue was available. |

That the Hotel is located in Old town. There is no parking place. The rum price was calculated according to the exchange rate, it means no matter what is the sum what is on your booking list, the final rate might be different. |

the decoration of the hotel i booked for a smoking room, but when we got there it is told that all rooms are non-smoking.if i knew that, most probably i would booked from somewhere else..the information given was not right! |

Location is excellent. Surroundings of the hotel is very peaceful and everything is in walking distance. The rooms were spacious with good sized bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Furnishing of the hotel quite nice especially the lobby. The carpet in the rooms and in corridors is worn out and scrappy. There are rooms in basement without windows a detail which should be mentioned when doing reservation. Is it even legal to have hotelrooms like that? Cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. The hotel is not suitable for people who has difficulties with stairs, there is all kind of staircases, some of them very steep. |

Struttura con un buon posizionamento all'interno della città vecchia, in armonia con il contesto esterno (molto romantico), ottima colazione. Improponibile il raggiungimento delle stanze (tra gradini e scala a chiocciola, quando si raggiunge la destinazione si è generalemtne esausti), addetta alla reception a volte un po' poco socievole. |

De centrale ligging, charmante gebouw, het uitgebreide ontbijt en de enorme badkamer en dito bad. Het feit dat, hoewel wij vantevoren een aanvraag hadden gedaan voor een kamer met een bad, er alleen nog een was op de bovenste (7e) verdieping - en er geen lift was. Op zich ok voor ons, maar niet aan te raden voor mensen die niet topfit zijn! Verder was het personeel nogal stug (verlegen wellicht?), schijnbaar ongeinteresseerd en sprak minimaal Engels (bij de receptie was dat wel beter). |

O Hotel é bastante limpo e confortável, além de ficar muito bem localizado na Cidade Velha (fica bem próximo a muitos pontos turísticos, restaurantes, lojas de souvinir etc) O único defeito do Hotel é a ausência de elevador, na hora de transitar as bagagens |

Vårt mål med turen til Tallinn var å besøke gamlebyen. Beliggenheten til hotellet var veldig fin i så måte. Betjeningen kunne kanskje være litt mer smilende. |
