The location is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of foods. You have to get used to the maze of staircases to get to your room, and they do not have a lift. But it is, after all, a very old building in a medieval city. And the beds are single beds which we pushed together, maybe the stairs prevent them from putting large queen-sized beds in the rooms. |

It is well situated, reasonably priced and has a period charm. The breakfast was good and well served. Pleasant young staff who tried hard to please.. Some of the older staff were dour and unsmiling. Access to the rooms is tortuous, but actually quite tolerable. |

Hotel is well situated in Old Town of Tallin, goods rooms where lot of the old construction is exposed. Short distance to all interesting places in Tallin, no need taxi or buss. Personell at reception speak enough English but the attiture was not friendly, this is only minus in the hotel. Cleaness is good but the hotel needs soon some paint and carper decoration. |

Large room with lounge room. Very old. Bed too soft and creaky. Bed has a foot-end so anyone over 6 foot can't fit! Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. |

A tidy, cozy hotel situated in a centuries old house in historic Old Town. The price/quality ratio was very reasonable. The bathroom was big and tidy. Overall a good bargain for your money. At this price one can´t ask for much more. The staff was ok, I forget my passport at the internet table and the staff called me on my phone right away. If you want something personal, this hotel is a good choice, as it doesn´t remind you of a "typical hotel". The breakfast was eatable, but not of very high class. The hotel was quite a labyrinth but after all, the building is hundreds of years old. |

The hotel location is very good, near the main touristic points, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Be aware if you have heavy luggage, or locomotion disabilities: there is no lift to the rooms and the stairs are steep and narrow. During summer the sun shines during almost all night, and there is no black-out curtain, so be prepared to sleep in a bright room. |

The hotel is situated in the very middle of Old Town (from airport - 15min by car). The room was nice and neat. The personnel was obliging and really very attentive to guests. The room furniture isn't modern but taking into consideration that this hotel is located in Old Town it's excusable. :) |

The position of the hotel was excellent. Right near the main sights of the old town. The breakfast was also really good. There are cheaper places to stay but this hotel was really nice. |

Ce n est tout de placer une belle fille à la reception;Il faut lui apprendre aussi les bonnes manières du tact commercial pour recevoir;informer et servir le client.Ce qui fait défaut dune façon général dans les pays de l ex URSS: En général;c est un hôtel qui voulait garder le coté midiéval mais faire loger de la clientèle dans le 2eme sous sol avec des escaliers raides et etroits sans issue de sécurité en cas d incendie;ou aussi faire monter la clientèle avec ses bagages jusqu au 7eme par des escaliers raides etroits. Tout celà ,e semblait trop risquéI.Un ascenseur ou un ,onte charge est indispensable:Le risque est énorme dans les chambres sans fenêtres au sous sol renfermant la cuisine::Pour la recommandation de cet hôtel;Malgré le joli cachet qu il représentait;je garde un grand reserve pour les personnes à certain âge;sécurité oblige |

Прекрасная атмосфера благодаря интерьеру под стать зданию и доброжелательности рускоговорящего персонала. Хороший ресторан. Очень удачное расположение. Если поеду еще в Таллин, то опять остановлюсь в этом отеле wi-fi в номере не работал, что меня бы и не тронуло совершенно, если б не закидали в отпуске работой |

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Tallinnan vanhassa kaupungissa. Rakennus on vanha ja huone oli tilava. Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja moderni sekä myöskin tilava. Huoneessa olevan esitteen mukaan Lobbu bar on auki 24 h/vrk, todellisuudessa lauantai-iltana klo 23 jälkeen myyntiä ei ollut. Huoneiden sisustuksen tyyli on aikamoista sekamelskaa, ilmeisesti ei ole pystytty ratkaisemaan, mitä aikakautta sen pitäisi edustaa. Matka vastaanotosta huoneisiin oli aika sokkeloinen, mikä johtunee rakennuksen iästä ja on sinänsä aika viehättävää. Vastaanoton jälkeen tulevat metalliset kierreportaat olivat kuitenkin sekä hankalat että rumat. |

Hotelli oli hyvällä maulla sistettu ja viihtyisä. Erityisen mukava oli aamiainen, joka oli hyvin monipuolinen ja muuta kuin standardi. Käytävät olivat todella kapeita ja huoneisiin meno oli hankalan kierreporrasvaiheen takana. Niissä oli vaikea kuljettaa matkalaukkua ja kauhistuin ajatusta, että olisin tullut sinne vanhempieni kanssa. Heille liikkuminen on vaikeaa.Henkilökunnan kielitaito oli todella niukkaa ja ruokatilauksen tekeminen oli pulmallista (muutaman rajoituksen kanssa). |
