All the basics were in order: room, parking, breakfast etc. Friendly staff with language skills. Good views from large windows. We had asked for a double and a twin and that's what we got right away - which doesn't happen too often.

On a hot day the rooms were quite hot, too.

the staff were friendly

on check in we were alocated the wrong rooms, (3 twin rooms instead of 3 double rooms as requested on the web site) we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff , we were then told that it was no problem to switch rooms but they would not be ready for an hour or two. also the rooms did not really look very much like the pictures on the website,were very basic not what i would have paid for.
