Hotel Pallas    

Good value for money. Excellent location to old town & river. Breakfast ok. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Could not adjust the air conditioning so the room was very warm.

Room was spacious and clean Good position just a crosswalk away from old center. Very nice location for breakfast and the breakfast itself was great, too (in the evening we were asked to select in advance what we like from a list, and the following morning we had everything served at our table, that is pretty unusual)

It is a business hotel, so it maybe lacks a bit of charme.

Room was really far from what the pictures would have you believe. I would describe the room as "cheap" and too basic for the price. Breakfast was ok, although not exactly healthy nor of high quality

Very close to the center. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Nothing to criticize!

75euros/night was still a bit expensive, due to the fact that Tartu is not a capital.

A little bit of noise due to the huge window facing the street. Perhaps yard-facing rooms (even numbers: 302, 304, etc) are calmer. But odd are nicer :)

I liked the staff and their service level. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is located in the beginning of walking street, next to the theatre. Breakfast is fine, though all the same everyday.

Cleaning is satisfactory, cleaning of rooms during the stay is upon request, costs 5 euro or so.

In the room does not have a mini fridge and slippers

Views from our rooms on the 5th floor were excellent, also breakfast selection was very good.

Of three "non-smoking" rooms we were staying in, one (Arlekiin) had definetly been a smoking room before - the air literally stank of stale smoke and the carpet was full of cigarette butt holes. As there are no means of natural ventilation, we had to wait a long time before ventilation system took the smell out.. a great pity, because otherwise it would have been perfect. Other two rooms were OK.

Staff was really nice. I had to leave hotel at 6 which was before breakfast time so she made nice breakfast pack with orange juice. So i could eat breakfast in the bus.

Walls were too thin. Couple who were in next room were very noisy so i couldn't sleep at all.

Walls of the hotel are so thin! I couldn't sleep at all :( Some couple had sex in next room, again and again, during all night. All their talks and sport activities were so loud. Even our bed was joggling when they were doing it. It is nice that the couple had fun, but it is really bad that hotel walls between rooms are so thin!!

The rooms were very nice, the view too.

The noise from the ventilation during daytime could be a bit distracting at times.

All was good and I was happy with my stay. I would stay again.
