Pilve Apartment Hotel  

Very spacious and ample beds (although, no double beds?) Lovely bathrooms and sauna

The kitchen facilities could be better (proper cooker) and it would be a good idea to provide a basic welcome package (bread, milk, tea, coffee, etc) No mirrors in the apartment upstairs - you need mirrors. No bath mats or door mats, essential for large groups showering and also bringing snow in on boots. Only one channel on tv - if you have families staying you need more.

Clean and spacious. Hotel contacted us in advance of our stay to confirm booking. Felt secure.

Lack of cooking utensils - narrow range available would not be able to cook a wide range of meals with what was in the apartment. No toaster - but grill on cooker. Hairdryer was hooked to wall and would not extend to plug so was unable to use it.

Perfect large apartments are suitable for families with young children and infants. Good location and secure parking.

There is no microwave.

Convenience of staying in an apartment, however their catering facilities could be better as our apartment only had to rings on a hob, no oven, grill or toaster

Hotel is enough comfortable, with optimal square of the flat. Godd kithcen with all nesessary subjects for cooking. Kind and qualified stuff. Optimal for family trip

One night we had very loud company at the next section.

Big clean appartment in appartment building with private car park. Access possible after closing hours (with a a personal code).

Best to leave your car at the hotel car park in Tallin: expect 10-15 minute walk to city center or take a tram.

Pleasant staff in the office

The price was very reasonable, and the studio-apartment itself was basic but very comfortable (warrm, and everything one needs during a holiday was there). It was very clean too. The (English speaking) staff was friendly, helpful and efficient: two things that didn't work properly in our room were fixed on the same day even though it was a Sunday. Recommended!

The apartment was very spacious, we had lots of room for our two children. Beds were comfortable and rooms were warm. Parking is free and secure.

Unfortunately the office doesn't open until 10am and we wanted to check out by 8am, so we just had to leave without checking out. Its about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, but we knew that before we booked the hotel. Checked in around 5pm on a Thursday afternoon and traffic was terrible in the city.

The apartment was superbly clean, modern and very very warm for our arrival. The staff had given information to enable us to enter the apartment easily in their absence since we arrived on a late flight. The office attached to the apartments was bright and effiecient and information provided was good. Supermarkets were very close by and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Although it is a little distance from the centre of town this was no problem at all

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and told us where to go to have the best time. We planned to only use the apartment as somewhere to lay our heads. However had we planned to spend more time in the apartment the facilities would have more than accommodated this. It was fantastic to have a Sauna in the morning followed by a powerful shower. All in all a fantastic holiday, and it is likely that we will return to Pilve Apartment Next Year.

The only thing was that we had booked two rooms and they were quite a way apart, however i think that this was down to the different types of rooms that we had.
