I've stayed there for many times - I like free parking and always working swimming pool, saunas are hot enough even at 8.00 a.m. not as in other hotels. Double room is ok, tripple doesn't look comfortable. Make tripple room more cosy - it's too empty and dark. Also would be good to renovate terraces. |

I like swiming pool, sauna. Not only me, but the other persons also said, that it is difficult to find swiming pool. There must be beter signs or information lists, how to find this place. |

A good location (far from the Old Town but by the sea), an indoor swimming-pool (free for hotel guests), a car park (free for hotel guests), a good breakfast, free WiFi and 1 free computer in the lobby No WiFi in rooms |

I liked pool and baths. There ain't all the truth write about hotel: no wireless, also we order double room not twin, but when we came - stuff said that they don't have that room what we ordered. Breakfast - not bad, but when we came to eat it was about 10,40 a.m. and stuff 10,45 picked up everything and even don't ask we would eat something else or just drink... |

Clean hotel, nice sea view. 25m pool that I actually didn't get to use due to moving hotels two days in (see below). Bad customer service: staff not exactly friendly and don't like apologising. Booking.com said that there's free internet in the rooms: not true, it was dial-up and would have cost close to a euro per minute. Moved due to that; also, a drunk woman tried to get into the room at 3AM and security just sent her to her room with a box of matches - to smoke in a non-smoking hotel, no apologies from staff |

The breakfast buffet was only okay, not a lot of choices for children. Most of pool was used for lap swim and for non-hotel guest swimming lessons. |

swimming-pool, breakfast, location (far from the old town, but by the sea and near a large supermarket) It was a bit cold. Bad coffee. We booked the room on Friday and arrived on Saturday, but the Reception told that they did not know of it (nobody takes care of reservations in the evenings and on Saturdays or Sundays). Fortunately they had available rooms. There was a large black (mouldy?) spot on the ceiling and on the floor. No WiFi in the rooms (it was only in the lobby... fortunately free). |
