Need space repair and replacement of furniture.
Location is perfect
As low comfort and so dirty hotel I not to see long time... Lobby bar not fresh juices and ice cream - it's very strange when outside so hot. In the room temperature more then 30 and not possibilities change room when is air conditioning. NOT available rooms with air conditioning.
we have booked double room but received twin room.we asked to change the room but it never has been done so my husband kept landing at night to the flour between two beds during our stay for one week.Balconies are dirty, the building is dirty and needs the renovation. It is difficult to relax during the treatment in the spar because hip hop music is playing .
The architecture. The location by the sea and close to Tallinn city centre. The indoors pool.
Had to walk in stairs to reach room. Not a big problem for us, but would be a problem for person in wheelchair or family with pram. Also, it felt like we would be in a very bad spot in case of fire. No aircon / fan in room. Poor service in restaurant. We asked to have spaghetti with meatballs and the answer was "You may order the spaghetti carbonara and the meatballs with french fries". This was in a near empty restaurant where you would think the chef would be happy to get a custom (uncomplicated) order outside the set menu. There was free wifi in the lobby, but it was not password protected, thus unsafe to use.
Breakfest, have a shop downstairs where you can buy Talin card, and one of tour buses stops in front of hotel.(first one leaves aruond 11.30).free parking. Rooms good value for money.Nice sandy beach 15 min walk.
No aircon, summer time room becames worm. no wi-fi in room, but there is in public places. 10 euros to old town with taxi.
* Staff; * Supermarket open from 9 to 23 at 100 m.; * Car park; * Right next to the beach; * Lots of facilities for children; * Good breakfast for a 3 stars hotel with a great view to the seaside.
* Far from the city center - 5 minutes by car or 15/20 by bus; * I stayed in August and the rooms don't have AC, so you have to choose between sleeping at a sauna (windows closed) or at a mosquito entertainment park (windows open); * Wifi only available at public areas.
Breakfast was good
Great location. Tasty breakfast. Amazing swimming pool! Really good price!
Great choice of food !
Very rusty balconies in need of updating
Wifi needs to available all over the hotel free of charge. We travelled through 6 countries and this was the only hotel with no free wifi in the hotel room. Aircon is also needed. Small things need updating in rooms, carpets, tiles etc.
Big rooms, close to the beach
Old facilities, the hotel need a refresh!
The Price, how much are you willing to spend? Are you here for sleeping only, or are you willing to spend all the day in the hotel? So you get what you pay for, its cheap, but don't expect luxury. A fairly good breakfast. Location, its perfect for some one with a car. Other wise about 6 km from the city center. But just next to a nice sandy beach, only 8 minutes walk. The best is, the options of late check out. The offers were free till 14:00, I think 18 Euros till 17:00, and 39 Euros till 22:00 and this was my choice. Free car parking.
You get the feeling of the USSR, and I mean it, I have been to the USSR. No air conditioning. Old and ugly building but hey, I am not buying it! If you are with kids and given a room in the first floor, then ouch, you will have to carry the pram through a nasty stair. So take a light one if you intend to stay in this hotel. Hot rooms in the summer 29-30 C degrees.
Hotel had original 1980 relics such as balcon reilings and weird steps to main hall (steps do not add up- son floor is sloped on both ends). Swimming pool was good.
Room was too hot and there was no fridge for drinks etc. TV had poor picture quality. Shower hose did not have an adjustable holder so you had to hold the hose in your hand. Casino personnel was not very polite. Overall average service on every service desk.
clean basic rooms with ocean view
childrens swimming clubs running at the spa, can be noisy and distracting when trying to relax
It was mentioned nowhere that you can only request packed breakfast till 5 p.m.the previous day. When you check-in at 8 p.m., it is impossible to do so!
Breakfast and price
Room not properly clean. Hotel is confusing and indications not clear. The terraces need refurbishment and reprinting for years.... I was expecting a bunk bed and did not have it Staff not very willing to change room when requested.
Good location, friendly staff, super breakfast, good swimming pool and sauna, good free wifi signal, very good hotel for this price
No air conditioning in the room,no acoustic insulation
also gluten free breakfast
sauna closed at 21
The family room was big enough. Location is rather close to the old town. Breakfast was good.
Rooms are a bit worn out. Longest corridors I have seen in a hotel.
Good location from sea side and not fare from the city.
External aspect of the building is needing a good refreshing paint. No wifi in the room is not possible when you come for business. Swimming pool close at 9. Too early when you work.
There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in the lounge
Nice big swimming pool (for children separately, very warm, pleasant water). Hot saunas. All service is ready from early morning. Children-room. Good location, nice sea-view in restaurant. Clean.
Good location close to song festical terrain. Restaurant is good value for money
One of the girls at front desk was extremely rude
Beautiful place, amazing view of the sea & the port. Clean sea air, pretty surroundings. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. The interior design from the 80s was very nostalgic. Nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast (lots of choices).
Horrible, downright rude service absolutely everywhere (except for the cleaning ladies) - the worst problem of this hotel. Price lists unclear. The lobby and the lobby bar were very dirty and the dishes the food was served in there were dirty as well.
Breakfast was nice and hotel pretty much provided what it advertises.
Hotel could use a renovation. Buffet lunch and dinner were not very good, poor selection particularly for vegetarians. Pool areas are mainly for adults, not a dedicated kids pool.
