Põnka Puhketalu  

Super staff - fluent English, everything worked. Cheap, clean, modern cottage room. BIG garden around, sheep, pond, sauna, plenty of parking space. Quiet area. Excellent choice if travelling by car and don't need the city all time.

Hard to find, far from the town. Only one bathroom for 7 (?) rooms to stay. Wish there were mirrors in the rooms.

Beautiful nature surroundings

Some remarks of our stay: "“simply furnished rooms with a balcony” - our room did not have one “Pönkä Puhketalu is located at a small lake” –> in reality it´s a self made little pond dug with an excavator without water flowing. Children and extra beds The booking.com site says about this place: “The two older children or adults are charged EUR 12 / night / person when using existing bedding. Maximum occupancy is 2 extra bed (s).” –> I had a reservation saying that our room would cost 128 € for four nights. That would be 32 € for night and then the extra bed would be according to the internet site 12 € / night. With my mathematics it would be 32 + 12 = 44 € for one night. With the mathematics of the Põnka Puhketalu it was 48 € for one night as our child had a similar bed as we had. “Good choice! This property features a sauna”. -> Bath can be found, but costs 30 € / hour. We thought as Finns that with that price we are not paying. Well, on Sat there was that offer that there would be a sauna with turns for women and men. I was thinking that I will still not pay, but someone said that it would be 50 € for all and divided by about twenty people that would not very much each. Well, we paid then 3 x 5 €. Don´t like that"

Muy cerca de SOOMA PARK Dueño habla varios idiomas y bastante amable y simpático.

Difícil de encontrar sin GPS. Necesario comprar agua embotellada porque el agua tiene fuerte olor y sabor a azufre, incluso para lavarse los dientes. Una sola ducha para hasta 20 personas!!!

Holelli oli aivan ihanalla paikalla maalais ympäristössä, rauhallinen, maatilamatkailu hotelli ja majoituimme koirien kanssa hotelli oli aivan ihanteellinen on tilaa juosta ja purkaa matkan aiheuttamasta väsymyksestä, huoneet viihtyisät ja palvelu moitteetonta, Ruoka oli koti ruokaa ja vallan maittavaa ja aamupalalla pärjäsi pitkään. Matka Pärnuusta ei ole paha todella hyvät tiet ja matkalla näkee maaseutua. Täydet pinnat hotellille palaamme varmasti. Eeva Kupari

Kaikki oli erittäin hyvin, huoneisiin vain peili ja yölamput.

Mukava henkilökunta hyvä aamiainen ja illallinen, siisti.

Kaikki muu erittäin siistiä, mutta vesiputket haisi, kun avasi vesihanan niin järkyttävä haju..

Ponka was very quiet and a full service holiday stay. There was full use of a kitchen, a Finnish Sauna and it's very close to the national park. I highly recommend it.
