The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
All apartments have 2 bedrooms (either with 2 single beds or 1 large bed), a living room with open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Most apartments also have a sauna and a sofa bed in the living room.
The fifth and sixth beds are sofa beds. These are extra beds with the prices shown in the extra bed policy. An additional extra bed could also be added in each apartment.
1. Your arrival time in order to arrange a meeting for delivery of keys as there is no 24-hour reception.
2. If you need single beds or large beds.
3. Payment is due on arrival. The payment can be done in local currency.
4. In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.

The rooms were nicely furnished and decorated. We felt good and welcome. The closeness to the city centre is unbeatable. There was absolutely no parking nearby and outragously expensive parking a little bit off. When renting a place in a downtown area I would expect to get a resident parking permit for the time of my stay... because I am a resident for that time. Residential parking lots would have been readily available nearby but we were not supposed to use them. Restaurands on the ground floor caused some smell when windows were opened. View was only into the atrium, not on the downtown.Recommended only for people not travelling by car. |

Central location in Raekoja Plats, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and venues. The bars in the area had late and loud customers. Bar patrons kept us awake until after 4:00 in the morning. Would recommend with caveat,... plan on late nights! |

Location No sign outside indicating residence--arrived after long flight and no one in area restaurants knew hotel. No staff or anyone to speak to during week. No resupply until I phoned "emergency" number. No free pick-up from airport as advertised--had to take taxi. |

Great location in the center of the Old Town of Tallinn, right on the square, close to all the sights and shopping. Loved having a 2 bedroom apartment where a family could spread out a little. We had 1.5 baths and a sauna in the room as well. A bar next door stayed open late with loud music and jovial singing patrons. Made getting a good rest difficult. This may not apply all year round. We were there for the Song Festival which is held every 5 yrs. |

Trevlig lägenhet och utmärkt läge. Låset i dörren var synnerligen svårt att öppna och låsa. Vågade inte låsa dörren pga risk att inte kunna ta sig ut. |

Erinomainen sijainti, tilavat ja viihtyisät huoneet, hienosti entisöidyt porraskäytävät ja aulatilat. Kodinomaista asumista omin avaimin. On mielestäni hotellin asia tarkistaa huoneiston toimivuus ennen asiakkaan saapumista. Sauna ei toiminut, mutta meille sanottiin, että voimme soittaa siitä johonkin. Asia ei ollut sen väärti, varsinkin koska saunatilassa haisi melko epämiellyttävältä. Ikkunoissa kai oli myös jotain vikaa päätellen vedosta ja siitä, että kadulta kantautui melkoisesti meteliä huoneistoon. |

Лучшее местоположение в городе. Выходит недорого на 2 пары. Завтраки готовили сами - кухня супер. Совсем не было связи с кем либо из персонала |

Очень удобное расположение, предусмотрено абсолютно все для проживания. Неплохо бы инструкцию к номеру дополнить русским языком, все-таки мы соседи и большая часть туристов наверняка прибывает из Санкт-Петербурга. |

Loistava sijainti, kaikki lähellä: ravintolat, kaupat ja nähtävyydet. Upea, tilava, viihtyisä ja erittäin siisti huoneisto. Aiomme majoittua Tallinnassa käydessämme tästä lähtien ehdottomasti Raekoja Residence hotellissa. Suosittelen lämpimästi. |

Lägenheten har ett utmärkt läge precis vid Rådhustorget, dvs allt på gångavstånd. Rymlig för 4 personer. Städningen var bristfällig. Dammigt, golven smutsiga, kylskåpet ej avtorkat. Tyvärr så sänkte det bedömningen. |

Loistava sijainti, mykistävät näkymät vanhaan kaupunkiin sekä tilava, hyvinvarusteltu kattohuoneisto omalla saunalla. Mitä enempää voi tarvita? Ideaali majoitus isommalle kaveriporukalle tai perheelle. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta kruunasi elämyksen. Astiat olivat likaisia ja maksukorttipäätteen kanssa oli henkilökunnalla hieman ongelmia. |

Hyvä keskeinen sijainti. Kaikki palvelut lähellä, ravintolat, kaupat, nähtävyydet. Huoneistossa sauna jota arvostamme. Palvelu hyvä. Erittäin epäsiisti, likaiset lattiat , sohva ja tuolit. |

Очень понравилось :-) Жаль нет ресепшена и некому задать интересующие вопросы. Еще был сломан чайник и телевизор не работал, так что в НГ ночь не удалось послушать президента. Но вид из номера на главную площадь и елку на ней компенсировал все эти неудобства. Еще номер не убирают это плохо. И нет веника и совка чтобы самим его убрать так что жили в грязи. Ввести уборку номеров. И раздавать какие-то рекламные проспекты по экскурсиям, а то экскурсионный тур пришлось искать в соседнем отеле. |
