very clean, wifi internet, and good location we've choose this hotel because of special price-offer but in summary the price was higher..They've offered us an early breakfast, coffee and sandwich and we said that coffee would be fine, but of course in the morning stuff on reception had no idea about it.. |

Spacious room, very good position for a ferry services and old town. Computer with printing fascilities in a lounge free of charge. Fishy smelling tap water, but as we found out later it is everywhere in Tallinn. |

very friendly and helpfully staff, we arrived in Tallin in the first morning and they let us had a very early check in they could not let us pay at the check in and when we did it at the check out it was a bit too slow |

Clean and comfortable rooms. Located just a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. Very reasonable price. Breakfast was horrible. One morning there was mould on the cheese. Cereals were put in the breakfast room already the evening before - without being covered! Some nights drunk people were making a lot of noise until 6 o´ clock in the morning. |

the soup buffet in the afternoon was good, as well as the option to buy breakfast also on the day of arrival (ship arrived really early) The price charged was 50% higher than the price mentioned on the confirmation! |

Kind hotel staff. Possible to communicate both in russian and english (and may be other languages I have not try). Nothing to blame the hotel for but there was going on construction of building in neighbourhood (from approx. 9:00 to 18:00 in working days), making noon stays in hotel little bit unconfortable (the costruction should be finished in february 2009). |
