Hotel staff is very professional, there's music in the lobby. Breakfast is excellent. WiFi is available. Internet kiosk in the lobby also. Good location. Excellent price/quality ratio. Hotel guests have to pay for hotel parking, very bad! |

Location was good close to the old town and the centre of town also. Room was clean. I requested a power block to charge a mobile phone on arrival, this was immediately delivered to the room. Breakfast was average only. There was no bar facilities available to residents on our return for the night. The bedroom was a small I cannot imagine how 2 people could share a room of that size, luckily I was alone so it wasn't an issue. Shower in my room was leaking badly and the water pressure is very poor. |

Big spacious room with fridge and selection of various English programmes on TV. There is a long hanging rack for clothes and even with our baby pram and baby bed in the room, we still have lots of space. There wasn't any kettle to boil hot water and the decor in the room is basic. |

Location, comfort, value for money, excellent buffet breakfasts. Free wi-fi. On our last day, we were leaving early before breakfast started and they made up sandwich packs for us to collect from reception. I would have liked a phone beside the bed as well as on the desk and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room |

The internet was down. The only reason I booked the hotel was that there was internet. This was very very very very bad. I will not stay there again and never receommend to any others. |

Location- close to old town. Comfortable beds. Didnt changed bedclothes- had to sleep in dirty (accidentally spilled drinks). Bad pillows. Hard to open room with card(not usual key). |

I have received the confirmation letter to my e-mail address, but when we got to the hotel we were told they never had any reservation on my name. That was really strange, as I have never had case like this while using booking com. I use your page for booking very often and never had any problems, this was the first time. I think there is something wrong with the hotel system, please check that. |

the location and bar service In booking list I have one priece for 2 rooms; when I received bill there was a higher price for 1 room; In the booking info there was mentioned that checking-in is starting at 12.00 but actually in reception asked us to come at 14.00 ; the explanation- wrong information on booking list.... |

I am very thankful for the staff that when I left my hand-bag on a chair in the lobby canteen the bargirl took it imidiately to the reception.I noticed it only half an hour later and thought that most probably its gone...as it was many people commong in and out in the lobby. |
