My request to secure my booking if I'm late due to the late bus arrival was followed. Calm atmosphere, good view from my window, perfect meals. It may be better to have smth in the night bar to eat for such late arriving guests. The offered snack was sufficient, but there was nothing but some cold rolls. May they have some microwave there? |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We were a family 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. We were on our arrival asked whether we wanted to upgrade our booked standard-room to a better (situated with a splendid view from 24th floor. Of course we had to pay extra, but it was worth it. Splendid breakfast, the boys loved it! |

Breakfast selection is excellent: not only you get ham & cheese, but salmon too, plus plenty of fresh fruit. The staff is really friendly, some speaking both English and very good Russian. |

Todella rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli Ryhmän kirjautuminen hiukan takelteli, koska hotelli oli varattu ja varausta muutettu netin kautta. Maksu hotellihuoneista oli peritty luottokortilta jo ennen kirjautumista vaikka sitä käytettiin vain varmenteena. |

Hotellihuoneet olivat huomattavasti hienommat mitä kuvittelimme. Hotellin henkilökunta otti hienosti huomioon pienet lapsemme ja saimme myös sellaiset huoneet joiden välillä oli ovi, joten huoneista tuli ikään kuin yksi iso perhe huone. Aamupala oli tosi hyvä! Sauna/allas osasto olivat siistit ja käytännölliset. |

Понравился завтрак. Очень переживали - было написано что одно и то же. Но всего столько, что все перепробовать нужна неделя. Красивый вид из окна номера - конечно если вас заселят на сторону с видом на Старый город и залив. Доброжелательный персонал и даже кто не знает русского, старается говорить. Бассейн и сауна после пеших прогулок - просто супер! |

Huoneiden taso ylitti odotuksemme. Olimme odottaneet tavallista standard-huonetta, mutta saimmekin ylimmän kerroksen (24) reval-huoneen. Hotellin parasta antia on huippuaamiainen. Olemme vierailleet hotellissa useita kertoja. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu hyvin. Minibaarista puuttui tavaraa tullessamme. Huoneeseen tuli pahaa hajua (tupakka) !! |
