Friendly and professional Russian-speaking staff. Free parking, nice welcome drink. Spacious room. Very good breakfast with hot dishes, salmon, pastry and fruits. The location is very convenient: about 10 minutes walk to the center of Tallinn. |

Very well-appointed room with a lot of space. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was very well prepared; as was breakfast with many choices. |

The location is close to the city centre and in a reasonable distance from the seaside. Check-in time originally is a bit late (14.00). At 12.30 the provided room was non-smoking, but had a bad smell (guests rather than hotel should be blamed for it). When at 15.00 we came back for another room, it was not cleaned. The third (5 min later) was good as expected. |

Huone oli viihtyisä ja erosi edukseen kooltaan, näytti hieman jopa sweetiltä. Näkymä puistoon, joten ei vastapäiset ikkunat häirinneet. Ympäristö rauhallinen, ei kuitenkaan liian kaukana vanhasta kaupungista. neljä+ - tähteä taisi olla hiukan liikaa, kaikki oli ihan ok, mutta luokituksesta saattoi olla jo vähän aikaa eli ikävää kulumaa oli kylpyhuoneen ovilistojen alaosassa lisäksi hotelli ei ulospäin näyttänyt luxushotellilta (aula ja muut yleiset tilat tosin ok). |

Hyvin halpa ja suuri huone. Emme ehtineet aamiaiselle, joten respan tyttö järjesti aamiaispussukan veloituksetta mukaan, mikä oli positiivinen yllätys. Tupakka haisi huoneessa hieman häiritsevästi, mutta kyseessä olikin tupakoivien huone. |

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja vastaanotossa oli hymyilevää porukkaa, vaikkakin korjausurakka ei oikein sujunut... (Ks. Seuraava laatikko) Huoneemme ilmastointilaite ei toiminut, korjausyrityksistä huolimatta kuin noin 10 minuuttia. Huoneessa oli kuuma! |

Isot huoneet, paikoitus hotellin pihassa, lyhyt matka ydinkeskustaan, hyvä aamupala. Myös kasino alakerrassa palvelee yön ympäri. Vaikka huoneiden pitäisi olla savuttomia, niin näin tupakkamiehenäkin täytyy sanoa, että ilmassa leijui tupakan haju. Mutta saimme kätevästi vaihdettua huonetta asian korjaamiseksi. |

Ilmastointi huoneessa ei toiminut, mikä oli lasten kanssa yöpyessä kesäaikaan melko ikävää ja myös hotellin ympäristö oli hieman rauhaton. |
