Breakfast - Not good for Coeliacs Size of room Smell from the drains in the room Noise from people smoking outside
hotel room was great but jacuzzi was too small for 2 grown ups.
Guy during check in noticed us but didnt care. he spoke over 10 mins on his iPhone, personal call. He was rude to us and just wanted us to leave. We wanted to pay during check in so we could leave smoothly the next day, when I paid with my card, he refused to give me a receipt?!..
Near ice stadium and shopping center.
Small rooms and lift. Not 4 stars hotel, rather 2 stars.
Basically for the price I paid I loved everything. Thank you!!!!!
Actually, everything. Absolutely perfect place to stay in budget and get a good rest.
friendly staff excellent spa treatments good breakfast
not enough parking spaces when the hotel is fully booked
Breakfast was OK.
The receptionist was a lair and tried to just get ride of the customers. She gave us room 101 (something like a public toilet) and said there is no other room available. Then when I showed her the room and facilities that we actually booked she was forced to give us another room (whereas she said there is no other room!)
As usual, the hotel is clean. Staff ok.
But this time the bathroom was really really smelly. It even kept me up at night as the smell was disturbing. Not used to this as all other times i was quite pleased with my stay here.
Good place to stay overnight close to Rocca al Mare shopping mall, museum and Zoo. Friendly staff, breakfast is just ok. Free parking available.
Noise from the street can harm your sleep, also breakfast selection can be better. Coffee from the pot is just a brown water...
No comments. Very good, as always...
Pretty much average hotel... Pool is only available in morning, water was too cold as well. Bathroom was very stinky. Room was with sea view, but the view was very average. Wouldn't recommend it.
Like the location
Breakfast was poor and cold. Room price includes only pool and sauna use in the morning and even then the sauna was just warm (60 C) and the jacuzzi didnt work properly. For 4 star hotel I think rooms should include other toiletries not just a soap. Also in the room you can hear easily every single movement in corridor. Not very happy about my experience.
good location, near sea, clean and quit rooms, nice breakfast.
Close to shopping to the sea
Unclear instruction for for using the pool and other facilities.
Everything. Good WiFi Great breakfast
Out of city centre, close to the sea. Big room, good breakfast. Possible to walk at the seaside.
Staff would really like to help, but sometimes lack the means to do so (essential electronics, cutlery, special items. e.g. Ice Bucket) Hotel presents itself as 4 star, but in reality it is not higher than 3 (more people than you think know about that :) )
Nice and comfprtable hotel, near a shopping center and sea, Ok for sightseeing if one travels by car. Good spa.
Charge for SPA for hotel guest in the afternoon and evening. 20 EUR extra price for sea view! Far from city center if you travel without a car.
I didn't visit the spa and swimming pool but I saw many people visit only for that.
we booked sea-side view with bit higher money but that wasn't real sea-view as the higher tree at 2nd floor. If you want to see real sea-side view, please ask them higher floor like over 4th floor. Anyway we changed the room, they call it yard view, that was another villa view. ;) Breakfast was not the quality of 4 star hotel, but the location was good with big shopping center and park.
Great breakfast with pancakes
The pool area could be available a bit longer
Location is good. Hotel is modern, having seaview
WiFi speed was quite slow also for skype without video.
Clean rooms, free pool for 1 hour after breakfast (pool with hot sauna), no noise ( windows not to the sea and street).
I asked to see room before to pay for sea view. When I see, that sea view is shadowed by trees, i pay for room without sea view and girl in receptions was not very happy for my changes. Second problem - in breakfast time on tables was crumbles, no cleaning in breakfast time for other customers)
Convenient location next to the zoo and Estonian open air museum
Unfriendly staff, especially in the reception Bathroom with mold, looks like there is no ventilation there Dirty furniture Breakfast is always the same and quality of meals is inferior
