Great location, friendly staff Even though it says it is located in 19th century building, there is nothing spectacular about the building besides its location. After checking into the hotel I found out that my bathroom was outside my room in the hallway. Also, the mattress, pillows, and bedding were as old as the building and extreemly uncomfortable. |

Beautiful, comfortable room and nice breakfast, centrally located in Old City of Tallinn. Friendly, helpful staff, although they are only there part of the time. Dingy entrance to apartment building and no sign indicating name of hotel at entry. We were not sure we had come to the right place, and if someone had not entered the building we would not have gotten in. |

We room was perfectly clean and nice with TV and great view over the roofs. We were all alone in the apartment during the night; and it was possible to make tea or coffee for free. The location near the Old Town is just fine. It was definitely hard to find the hotel, no sign or something. I would recommend to carefully read the instructions coming in the confirming email. |

The location was great and the room was much more spacious than the normal hotel rooms. The building was of 18th century and be well renovated classic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and kind!! The price was of 2 stars hotel's but the quality was of 4 star's !! |

Very spacious, light apartment in excellent location on edge of old town. Very nice new bathroom and kitchen. Whole apartment looked recently refurbished in light, modern style. Great value. All relatively minor problems to us: Unequal size of two bedrooms. Lack of curtains in smaller room. Minor damage to fixtures and fittings. Noise on Friday and Saturday nights - perhaps a problem all over the old town? Combination of double glazing and ear plugs blocked out the noise completely, however. |

The person in reception was very kind and efficient. My reservation was instantly confirmed, and since I was travelling the same day, she called me up right a way and gave instructions how to get there. Very professional and very caring. The sudio was we equipped, had a marvelous bathroom, location was perfect for my purposes. |

Very nice apartment, very good location The apartment area is very quite. On Saturday night there is noise outside, cars go with loud music because there is a night club in front of the apartments. Sleeping wasn't a problem for me though. |

Although we only booked a room, the staff gave us a wonderful whole appartment instead when we asked if they had a kitchen that we could use. Of course, this was during the low season. |

Central location. Self contained apartment. Good internet access. Noisy - near front door to apartment block; adjacent to footpath and main road. Leaking bathroom. General maintenance required for sundry minor issues. |

Location was great. Room and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was well kept but the entry into the building and stairwells were very run down. The sheets were too small for the bed, thus exposing the bare matress while you slept. |

The location was great. After the previous guest complained about street noise the management changed our apartment (they knew our young son would be with us) to a quieter, and larger, apartment. The reserved parking space was nice too, and worth the money. |
