The welcoming letter was warm; the welcome itself was polite but brisk. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The apartment was on the quiet side of the building. There was a language barrier. All contact with any staff was perfunctory and silent. 'Family' apartments denotes warmth. The pillows need replacing; the bedding was a bit dingy. The lighting in the room was very lopsided and therefore, poor. Very good for reading in bed. I would advise giving a time range for when breakfast was served rather than ask the guest when they want breakfast the next day.... sometimes difficult to decide when attending a party and go to bed late. The entrance to the hotel is run down. The toilet and shower were outside the room. the other rooms had en suite facilities but more noisy and next to dining room. |

We stayed in the studio on Lai 45. The best thing about this apt. is the chimney which we used. That was really nice. We could also use the kitchen with all necessary equipment. Ground floor, people walking by the windows, rather small room. |

The staff of this hotel is unfriendly and tricky... they give us a room with no bathroom (and this was ok), but toilet and shower were in two separate rooms!!! |

The appartment was ok and it was not on a busy street (but next to a parking place of another hotel). The bed and / or blankets were very dusty. The appartment was on the ground floor so leaving the windows open was no option. The digital TV didn't work so we had only one Estonian TV-channel. There was a wassing machine but it didn't work (/ rotate). No problem if they'd only told us. The appartment was just outside the walls so not as central as we expected. |

the apartment was spacious, the location is excellent, in the old centre, right across city bike yet quiet. There are a lot of useful things in the apartment like iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, washing machine etc...Good value for money We had a problem with the tv, the staff promised to look in to it, but they didn't. |

Very spacious apartment, well furnished and modern. Hall and stairs (outside apartment) are in very bad condition and should be renovated. |

It was close to the center of town, and the owners and staff were very helpful. It was very poorly marked and hard to find. |

The staff is extremely nice and friendly, they make you a homely breakfast at a time suitable just for you. The locations is brilliant for a city trip in Old Tallinn. Its 2 minutes from the Town Square. There are only 3 rooms in a flat in an apartment building. The rooms are excellen but the entrance corridor is a bit scary as it is not renovated. It is very noisy though all trhough the night as the town's main nightclub is right next door. Suitable for clubbers though. |

Great location, friendly staff Even though it says it is located in 19th century building, there is nothing spectacular about the building besides its location. After checking into the hotel I found out that my bathroom was outside my room in the hallway. Also, the mattress, pillows, and bedding were as old as the building and extreemly uncomfortable. |

Beautiful, comfortable room and nice breakfast, centrally located in Old City of Tallinn. Friendly, helpful staff, although they are only there part of the time. Dingy entrance to apartment building and no sign indicating name of hotel at entry. We were not sure we had come to the right place, and if someone had not entered the building we would not have gotten in. |

We room was perfectly clean and nice with TV and great view over the roofs. We were all alone in the apartment during the night; and it was possible to make tea or coffee for free. The location near the Old Town is just fine. It was definitely hard to find the hotel, no sign or something. I would recommend to carefully read the instructions coming in the confirming email. |
