A great apartment for a group away for a city break. Wifi and a tv with British tv available. Kitchen is adequate with basic cooking implements and good working cooker. We had 6 single beds but you can request for them to be doubles. Beds comfy and linen/ towels can be provided at your request. Only slight annoyance is the lack of shower curtain which resulted in the bathroom floor getting flooded every morning. Its a 5- 10 min walk to the centre of the old town. I would recommend- basic apartment, great value for money.

Very nice apartment: 3 minutes from a big supermerket; 5 minutes from the city center; located in a nice area, very quite. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with essential instruments. Tv has any international channel.

The whole experience was excellent. Communication before our stay and during was accurate and polite. Instructions were clear. The appartment was spotless and ideally located for the old town and many restaurants. It was also close to a supermarket.

The apartment was a very clean, spacious, modern apartment. It is very near the Solaris shopping center which was very convenient for any shopping we wanted to do and also for excellent breakfast choices starting at 10 AM. It is also within a 10 minute walking distance to the marvelous Old City. It was a wonderful place for a reasonable price. Please be sure to make contact with the owner before your arrival to arrange for keys, etc.

The sakala residences is in an ideal location and very close to everything you may need. Therers two big shopping centres less than 5mins walk, The old town is only 10mins walk away. Theres a 24hr shop abouts 300m around corner which is ideal. Loads of pubs and resyaurants close by, quiet apartment and always nice and cosy during the cold winter :) will return again!! You only get a large and small towel each and they are not change unless you are staying more than a week. So bring some towels, theres no shower curtain in our bathroom and so place was drownded other than that ideal.

We liked the there was a lot of room space and of course sauna with jacuzzi. Location was not optimal but very good and not far from old town. Also kitchen and cooking facilies were good. Just one thing. The steam sauna did not worked at all. You could switch on/off button but nothing happened. No light that manual was reffering. But it was not bad lose because we had Finnish sauna that worked like charm.

Rauhallinen sijainti aivan keskustassa. Tilava huoneisto sopii hyvin lasten kanssa matkustavalle. Alakerran pesutilat homeessa. Lisävuodepaikka alakerrassa jäi käyttämättä homeen hajun takia. Sauna ja poreamme eivät toimineet. Henkilökunta yritti muutaman soiton jälkeen korjata niitä, mutta eivät saaneet niitä toimimaan. Saimme kyllä pienen alennuksen huoneiston hinnasta.

Sakalassa kaikki pelaa, henkilökunta on asiantuntevaa ja mukavaa, paikka on hieno, huoneistot isoja sijainti mahtava. Keskellä kaupunkia mutta rauhallinen paikka. Koirat ovat tervetulleita, suosittelen lämpimästi

Sijainti oli ehdoton plussa. Myös ympäristön hiljaisuus oli positiivista. Aikaisesta ja myöhäisestä check-in mahdollisuudesta olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä. Huoneisto on ystäväjoukon matkustaessa erittäin hyvä vaihtoehto. Kaikki (mm. kuljetukset) toimi juuri kuten luvattu. Yhteydenpito hotelliin oli koko ajan positiivista. Palveluhalukkuutta löytyi. Vaikka huoneisto oli aika karu ja pelkistetty, se oli hyvin siisti. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. oikeastaan ei, mutta viihtyisyyttä olisi voinut olla hiukan enemmän (pari taulua, hiukan väriä verhoissa yms. )

Hyvä sijainti, hulppeat tilat ja siisti huoneisto. Autolle pysäköintipaikka sisäpihalla. Puhelinpalvelu ystävällistä ja sähköposteihin vastaaminen ripeää. Avaintenluovuttajan palveluhenkisyydessä toivomisen varaa. Huoneiston tekniikkapuolessa puutteita; televisiossa kaukosäädin kateissa ja höyrysauna epäkunnossa (perussauna toimi kyllä moitteetta).
