The place is very well, personal is very frendly. !Brekfasts are magic! All perfect!
Capacity of breakfast room is insufficient.
Air conditioning can't be adjusted
Hotelroom was great! Staff very friendly. Easy access to the old town, since hotel is in the midle of the old town. Great WiFi!
Extremely noisy bar outside the hotel. Kept us awake until 04 a.m. EVERY night.
Very good location, clean and efficient, nice staff
Some of the rooms were quite small
bedlinen, good size bathroom, really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast
not quite boutique, quite chintzy, hotel bar is not a Tallinn destination
reception and bar stylish and comfortable , location great for old town, theatre and opera
rooms on the smallish side and a little plain but clean and comfortable
Great location Nice rooms friendly staff Excellent in house restaurant Lovely breakfast
It was very noisy from the street at night. Not enough room to put suitcases
Staff Interior Beds
Liked it all, really. Breakfast was a bit sparse in comparison to other locations but other than that, was splendid.
very good location in the center of the city
The worst hotel we visited during our trip to the Baltic States. We always stay in 4 - 5-star hotels - in Tallin, we ended up in a barely 2star-room. The room was extremely small. The carpeting on the floor was old and dirty. Not once was it cleaned coreectly during our whole stay. One of the reasons: The room was so small that with our two suitcases (standing upright) nobody could move around any more. There was only a desk and it was sticky. TV: a very old model, it "snowed", the remote control did not work. Very few programs. The air condition directly over the bed, very loud, non-controllable. Breakfast ok, service shaky. We took photos of everything to prove. We do not know about other rooms - maybe we just hit the jackpot. Bad room, too expensive.
I couldn't call to reception 4 times to oder room service, I wait my coffee on breakfast 15 minute
- Great location in the center of Tallinn - Easy to reach - Very good complimentary Wifi - The lobby level is very nicely designed
- When we asked for some info about the city and were given incorrect information by the front office. Next day when we showed them that it was incorrect, they apologized and we found a small fruit and truffles plate in the room with an apology note. Unfortunately, the plate was so messy and unappealing that it would have probably been better to not send anything. - We came back one afternoon to find strange eyeglasses in the room, which probably belonged to the housekeeping staff. We also found a couple of pieces of paper garbage on the floor which didn't even come from us. When we gave back the glasses, they just said: "yeah, we were looking for those"! Not even an apology! - The breakfast selection is somewhat limited. They refused to make pancakes for my son because they were "out of pancakes" 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the breakfast service. There is also no offer to make eggs like any decent hotel, not even 5-star! - Storage space in our room was extremely limited. Maybe good for a business-person on a 1 or 2 night stay but not a family staying for a longer time. - There were very string lights on the very low shower ceiling which felt extremely hot. The toilet paper holder was incorrectly installed so the toilet paper kept falling off. The soap dish in the shower rod was visibly broken and unusable. The shower rod was fitted on one end of the bathtub in a way which made it impossible to use and we had to use the shower handle in our hand and not hung on the rod. The drainage stopper had to be taken out completely for the bathtub to drain. There were 2 single towel hangers on the wall which were loose, hanging out and barely usable. There was also a very visible crack in the bathroom sink. - The wooden blinds, while a very nice design, did not effectively block out light. Neither did the curtains.
location excellent, staff was very attentive , excellent breakfast
we were there at end of july , weather was very hot .a/c was not sufficient to cool the rooms and the other parts of the hotel.
Position on edge of old town. Wonderful beds and great breakfast
Noise of nightlife. Misleading information about parking. The hotel does not provide parking but on arrival suggests very expensive and distant city parking. In the event they organized cheaper parking in adjacent hotel.
Air conditioning didn't really kick in until evening. We were told only the whole hotel was air conditioned and only one room on each floor had blower.
The location was excellent, the staff fantastic, the breakfast very good and the rooms extremely clean and comfortable.
Little to complain about; the only thing I would suggest is that if you're being picky and have visited 5* hotels before, this is really a good 4* - the little things (which didn't bother us one bit by the way, I'm just informing others) like a chocolate on the pillow every night (not just the first), scales in the bathroom, television with pay per view chanels, champagne (or at least prosecco) at breakfast rather than fizzy local wine etc. weren't there.
The TV very small hard to see. The air condition very weak the room was hot even at night
Staff was very nice, location was great, really close to the Old Town. There was a problem when I got there, and to apologise they made me find a nice plate of fancy fruit and chocolate in my room
Great hotel With great location!
Good location Freindly staff
The staff is showing that they are willing to do something extra without being pushy and all speak perfect English. At breakfast a perfect cappuchino or espresso is served.
Very helpfull and polite staff. Location in "Old City" is very convenient and walking distance to all interesting attractions. Excellent value for money. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommendable.
Breakfast ++ Location ++
Restaurant MEKK was booked for a private evening and the bar wasn't that good
