The distinguished building of this Palace at Tallinn's main square has been a prominent landmark since 1937.

Scandic Palace has an excellent location in town. The Old Town together with the modern city centre forms an area ideal for taking a walk, and most of the sights are close by. The view from the hotel is breathtaking: Old Town towers, Church Spires and Gable Roofs of Gothic buildings are all there. Most of the shopping centres are also close by.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was excellent for the Old Town.

Despite being situated by two major streets, our room (on 5th floor facing north) was not disturbed by traffic noise.

Currently (until mid-August 2008) major road construction is going on outside the hotel, meaning that access with car/bus is difficult.

room was quite large, clean and peaceful

There was roadwork just outside the hotel main enterance and we had to leave car approx. 200-300m from it. Longway to carry luggages.

The friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great.

It was central

I did not like the hotel. It was outdated and when I arrived late at 11.30 from the UK, no restaurant or cafe was open, or room service available. I had to go to a 24 hour convenience store to get a sandwich for something to eat.

Bedingt durch Strassenbauarbeiten sehr schlechte Möglichkeit der Gepäckbe- und entladung, keine Hilfe durch das Hotelpersonal.
