We liked almost everything: location, fantastic breakfast, cleanliness. Especially I would like mention a very nice and helpful staff. The room was somehow smaller than we expected, though that may be the problem with our expectations and not of the hotel. The kettle in the room would be rather helpful, though when we asked for one, we were immidiately given a kettle at the reception |

Excellent stay responding fully to expectations. unique location near the beach, architectural design of historical value, very friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent restaurant. You can't ask for more. |

The art deco architecture of this hotel is legendary in Estonia and it is right on the beach. I was very much looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately the hotel's reputation does not match its service or facilities. The front desk staff needs more training. We got a parking ticket because no one mentioned that we needed a permit to be placed in the car window while in their lot- even after I asked if they needed our car license number. Restaurant staff also needs more training and needs to be more attentive to customers. Hotel is a bit bare bones- no real atmosphere or comfort. This all makes be feel disappointed that the same luxury guests had in 1938 is not there even in 2009. Rooms are over-priced for what you get. |

Location to the beach. Reasonably good lunch menu. This hotel has not lived up to its glorious historical past. The hotel could be first rate under good management. The hotel staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The rooms were shabby and furnished with cheap future dating from the mid 1990s. Breakfast was served on tables that were worn. The hotel "shop" was not stocked. The hotel had a sterile and bare feeling. Beauty parlor was not opened at hours indicated. The hotel could attract much better clientele with some tender loving care. The smartest thing the hotel could do is get out of the Scandic chain and find an investor who cared about its future. It is such a shame to see a hotel in such a magnificent location languish. Regrettably, I will not stay here again. |

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the complimentary breakfast and the kids play area. Exterior needs work and no beach towels. |

Grossartige Lage am Strand. Haus aus dem Jahre 1937 (Bauhaus!) mit viel Geschichte. Ausgezeichnete Küche! Nach der umfassenden Renovierung 1994, begint das Baudenkmal innen und aussen schon wieder zu verfallen, da kaum investiert wird. |

Ajattomasta tunnelmasta, hiljaisuudesta, rauhallisuudesta, erinomaisesta ruuasta, hotellin arkkitehtuurista ja siitä että 1920-luvun henki oli säilytetty sisustuksessa. Lisäksi asiakaspalvelu oli kiitettävää. |

Hotelli sijaitsee aivan meren rannalla, kuitenkin kaupungin keskustan välittömässä tuntumassa. Myös hotellin arkkitehtuuri on hieno. Huolimatta läheisestä yökerhosta (mukava yllätys perheen nuorille aikuisille!) hotelli oli rauhallinen yöpymispaikka. Vastaanoton virkailijoiden palvelu oli ystävällistä, erityisen mukavaa oli että toinen heistä osasi myös suomea. Mukavaa oli myös saada Katrinin ammattitaitoiset hieronnat järjestettyä lyhyellä varoitusajalla. Myös "24h-yöbaarin" olemassaolo on hyvä idea (varsinkin tällaiselle iltakahvin ystävälle). Pysäköintijärjestelyt olivat myös hyvät. Uskon että perheemme käyttää hotellin palveluita myös tulevina kesinä. Hotelli kaipaisi melko pian hieman pintaremonttia. Huoneeseen olisimme toivoneet kahvinkeitintä! Mini-baarin avainta ei saanut automaattisesti. |

Hotellin vastaanotto ja ravintola olivat erittäin hyvät. Hotellin oheispalvelut: kampaamo, hieronta olivat myös erittäin hyvät! Olisin halunnut, että varausvahvituksessani olisi mainittu, että varaamissani kahdessa huoneessa EI ole parveketta! Mm. sen vuoksi hinta/vrk oli minusta liian kova. |

Sijainti rannan välittömässä läheisydessä luxusta. Hotelliin oli jälleen mukava tulla. Ravintola on hyvä. Ravintolan henkilökunnan palvelualttius ja ystävällisyys välillä vähän hakusessa. |

Rannan läheisyys ja merinäköala, ilmainen p-tila, monipuolinen aamupala tarjoiltiin klo 10.30 saakka, tilava huone ja parveke, historialliset valokuvat aulassa, hissi, hotelli oli viihtyisä ja ylellinen, Ilmeettömät tarjoilijat, huoneen valokatkaisinjärjestelyt olivat sekavat, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin suotta, vaikka emme jättäneet niitä lattialle toiveita: kylpyhuoneeseen lisää naulakkotilaa, mahdollisuus huuhdella hiekkaiset jalat rannanpuoleisella ulko-ovella, leikkihuoneeseen leluja myös vähän isommille lapsille, tallelokero huoneisiin, |

Hotelli vastasi sille antamamme vaatimukset. Kielitaitoinen henkilökunta, kakki toimi niinkuin pitikin. Huoneessa oleva pistorasia vain ei toiminut, kännykkä jäi lataamatta. Tilasimme huoneen jo ajoissa ja tietenkin ajattelin, että saisimme rannan puolelta huoneen, muta se olikin aivan toiseen suuntaan. Ehkä oma moka. |

Det låg väldigt bra och fint vid vattnet underbar utsikt från balkonen. Små sängar, slitet inte alls som biderna färg som lossnade på fasad, dörrar & fönster. Endast 2 gamla plaststolar på balkongen. |

Hotellin hyvä sijainti rannan läheisyydessä. Upeat historialliset puitteet. Avarat aulatilat ja portaikot. Ravintolan palvelu hidasta. Hotelli aamiainen ei kansainvälistä tasoa: tarjottavat lopussa ajoittain, salaatit/vihannekset ei tuoreita.( Olisikohan henkilökuntaa liian vähän).Mielikuva perhehuoneesta ei vastannut odotuksiamme. |

Hyvä sijainti rannalla ja tilava huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kiva sauna ja hyvä aamiainen. Pientä remontin tarvetta. Internet-yhteys ainoastaan alakerran aulassa, eli ei huoneissa. Matkalaukut piti kantaa ulkoportaat, ei luiskia. |
