The building is beautiful, the location is also very good right next to the central square The room was too small , not enough natural light and air in the room. This was supposed to be a deluxe room charged per night at 189 Euros. The room did not deserve this amount. You could not even open the right door of the wardrobe as it was blocked by the bed (not enough space). The tv channels were very few, the paint on the wall was crusting off, the bathroom taps made a horrible squeaky noise while opened. |

Luxurius hotel! The most good service/hotel stuff! The first hotel where the concierge knew also the rich and interesting history of the hotel. Situated in the centre of old-town (built on 13-14th century) |

Hotellet är som ett litet familjehotell men tillhörande en tysk kedja med resurser att ge förstklassig service i mycket trivsamma utrymmen. Vid en lugn gata men i hjärtat av Revals meddeltidsstad ger det närhet till både historiska som kulinariska upplevelser. |

Erinomainen sijainti, upea vastaanottoaula, kaunis huone, persoonallinen, historiallinen rakennus lähellä kaikkea mutta silti rauhallisella kadulla. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiaisen sai huoneeseen ilman lisäveloitusta tai se sai nauttia viehättävässä ravintolatilassa. Aamiaisella kahvi ja listalta valitut vaihtoehdot tarjoiltiin pöytään, niinkuin pitääkin tämän tasoisessa hotellissa. |

Очень уютный отель, прекрасное обслуживание, со вкусом оборудованные номера, много приятных мелочей из которых складывается уют - например в ванной комнате предусмотрено все, что может понадобиться. Единственным минусом оказалось отсутствие батареек в пульте телевизора. |
