Luxurius hotel! The most good service/hotel stuff! The first hotel where the concierge knew also the rich and interesting history of the hotel. Situated in the centre of old-town (built on 13-14th century) |

Olimme varanneet 2hh superior huoneen, mutta meille annettiin pieni standard luokan huone. Valitimme asiasta, ja lopulta saimme huoneen jonka olimme varanneet. |

Очень уютный отель, прекрасное обслуживание, со вкусом оборудованные номера, много приятных мелочей из которых складывается уют - например в ванной комнате предусмотрено все, что может понадобиться. Единственным минусом оказалось отсутствие батареек в пульте телевизора. |

Schlossle Hotel on pieni rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa. Palvelu on erinomaista ja hinta/laatusuhde on hyvä.Vierailu oli toinen ko. hotellissa eikä varmasti viimeinen. |

Palvelualtis henkilökunta, sijainti, hotellin luonne. Mutkattomuus palveluissa. Pienet detaljit, niin kuin huoneeseen illalla kannettu pullotettu vesi jne. Kylpyhuoneessa varsin usein viemärin hajua. Sille kannattaisi tehdä jotain. Ilmastointi ei myöskään ole kovin toimiva. Henkilökunnan kannattaisi satsata hieman enemmän kommunikaatioon asiakkaiden kanssa. "Small talk" on aina eduksi. |
