Staff were excellent and very well trained and informed Building and furnishings Location Food quality not up to standards. Frozen fish not acceptable. Poor choice of fresh fish for a coastal town. Difficult to get butter at breakfast. Noisy a/c duct and cramped in room 25.

Location of this hotel is excellent in the heart of old town. It is a beautiful hotel, you feel yourself stepping in to middle age with all the modern world facilities. Staff of this hotel is amazing -they are so helpful, friendly and smiley all the time. Honestly this was the best hotel experience ever.

Helpful staff,delightful hotel in the perfect old town location. Breakfasts(included) were excellent. Luxury bathrooms and room was serviced twice a day. Evening dinner overpriced and over rated.

Just spent a magical weekend, christmas shopping in Tallinn. Staying in the old town is like stepping back in time. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff and the service are exceptional. Definately coming back next year, definately staying at the Schlossle hotel again.

расположен в самом центре старого города. вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, хорошие и чистые номера, уборка два раз в день. горничные очень приветливые и тщательно выполняют свою работу. в номерах есть халаты, тапочки, фен и даже зонт на случай дождя. персонал говорит по- русски и по-английски. нет лифта. в номера (18 и 19) можно попасть, только поднявшись по узкой винтовой лестнице (особенность архитектуры 13-го века). администраторы отеля, несмотря на любезный тон общения, иногда могут забыть русский язык в случае конфликтной ситуации. так, у нас дважды сняли (а не блокировали) с карты сумму оплаты. попытки разобраться на месте ни к чему не привели. администратор аника наотрез отказалась помочь, заявив, что никаких проблем нет и на дальнейшие вопросы не реагировала.

замечательный отель! очень уютный, небольшое количество номеров, тихо. очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал (практически все говорят на русском языке). высокий уровень сервиса. хорошие завтраки, разнообразное меню, всегда 4 вида свежевыжатого сока. очень удачное месторасположение отеля - в 5 минутах ходьбы от ратуши. советую всем! P.S. По поводу того, что проход к номерам идет через ресторан - мы этого практически не замечали и нас это совершенно не раздражало :))

Очень приятный отель, отлично расположенный в старом городе. Очень хороший сервис и хорошие номера. Мы не ужинали в ресторане, но думаю, что не приятно когда мимо тебя ходят в номера, особенно с чемоданами.

Le Schlossele est remarqueblement situé à 2 pas de la place centrale. Il convient parfaitement pour un week-end en amoureux,ambiance romantique à souhait.Le Petit-déjeuner est remarquable ( avec Champagne s'il vous plait!) et servi au coin de la cheminée médiévale ou dans la chambre! Le personnel parle anglais et russe.Le seul bémole sur le séjour, personne à l'arrivée pour porter les bagages. Chambre au calme et excellente literie.Bon rapport qualité prix pour un 5*. Personne pour porter les bagages à l'arrivée.
