Very close to the old town and everyone knows where it is. It was kind of neat to stay at an old Intourist built hotel. Definitely take the KGB tour. It's a real eye-opener for kids and teens. Breakfast was average. I would have preferred coffee, sugar, and creamer on the table as opposed to walking it across a huge dining room. It's time to redecorate. There must have been a terrible leak in the lobby because the carpet is a mess. The rooms are somewhat small. and the mattresses definitely need to be replaced, especially given the room price. As the largest hotel in Estonia, there are lots of tour groups here. They will clean out the breakfast.

Fantastic panoramic view of the harbour from 14th floor Business Class room. Super-fast-super-wide FREE internet connection for all my devices; plenty of space, friendly & helpful staff and great location in central Tallinn - from which everythign is a short walk! Loo paper was a bit rough!!! Interior design and styling could do with a bit of pizzazz, lobby could do with a makeover - it's rather shabby!

The location is very good as it is close to the airport and even closer to the ferry terminal as well as walking distance from the old town! There is a shopping complex below the hotel itself so essentials can be bought.

Very beautiful panoramic view from the window on the old town and the sea is the brightest impression. We stayed on the 21st floor so... You understand what I mean. Nice smiling and helpful staff, good overall comfort, rich and tasty breakfast. Very conveniently situated near Viru gate of the old town. When it was cold and windy outside being able to rest in the room after short strolls across the town was such a good opportunity. Cheap and uncomfortable matresses. A bit crowded in the lobby but taking into account the size of the hotel and its popularity among ferry tourists there's not much to be done here. Hotel staff does not or does not want to speak Russian, otherwise Russian is spoken in all Tallin shops and restaurants we happened to visit.

The hotel is nice but a bit below our expectations. The room and breakfast were OK... The big downside was the lounge which was always extremely busy!

The location is the best, close toViru Gate - entrance to the old city. The staff is very helpful especially we liked a girl named Lagle)) the view ftom the window to an old city and a harbour is very beautiful! There is also a big shopping centre and supermarket at the hotel what is very convenient! Standard rooms are rather old and not very nice, we had to pay extra money to get a better room. There is no swimming pool))

Perfect Location, a short walk into the Old City, and a couple of nice pubs/bars/nightclubs onsight. Staff is friendly and the service solid. Had a "Double" room which was two singles pushed together....obviously not what a "double" should be (as you have the "crack" in between, really making it two beds.
