Very good,
Score from 650 reviews
“Proximity to Old Town and business that we were associated with. Everyone was very helpful and the room was very quiet for being the middle of the city. We had to learn to leave a key card in the electric slot to keep the room from getting too warm. Their breakfast buffet is wonderful and a real bargain.”

Perhehuone ja hieno näköala olivat upeat. Aamiainen runsas, tosin paljon väkeä samaan aikaan. Sijainti erinomainen, kauppakeskus, ravintolat ja vanha kaupunki aivan lähellä. Jostakin kantautui huoneeseen tupakan hajua, vaikka hotelli on savuton.

Location was good, close to the old town. Staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke English (as did most people that we met in Tallin). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Plenty of food available at buffet breakfast and a good choice. 6 Elevators - all working. We loved the optional KGB Museum tour. Decor in rooms was drab.

Excellent location to stay for a visit to Tallinn. Close to the old city and shopping malls. The huge number of rooms make it feel like a chicken run at times. Lacks extra facilities one would expect from such a big place, I.E. a gym. Internet is free, but of poor quality.

The place were Hotel is situated. Near the old town and near our office in Tallinn. Unfortunately Hotel is quite worn out. The wear and tear is showing, and Hotel has not been modernized over the last years. This is a great disbenefit compared to the other Hotels in the area at the same price level.

Extremely helpful hotel staff who all speak English, Finnish, Russian and of course Estonian, probably many others. I booked the hotel sauna and this was private with a jacuzzi and beer delivered when requested. The buffet breakfast was excellent, hot food, cold buffet and wide selection of fruit, the only problem was that if you left the table for a refill, any plate left on the table was whisked away even if you had left something on it! The nightclub is one of the best I have visited and entrance is included if you are a hotel guest. I can honestly say there was nothing I could complain about apart from the large number of extremely drunk Finns who stay there, the hotel do their best to keep them under control.

The location is excellent, as are the views from rooms on higher floors. The reception staff were friendly and proposed an upgrade to a better room, which was worth the extra cost. The breakfast was very disappointing. The room in which breakfast is served is very uninviting and is in need of total refurbishment.
