Dit spahotel is gelegen in de Estse kustplaats Haapsalu en biedt modder behandelingen en ruime huiselijke kamers. De wellness-faciliteiten omvatten een overdekt zwembad, een stoombad en een sauna. Alle kamers van het Spa Hotel Laine zijn ingericht met lichte kleuren en beige tapijten. Elke kamer is voorzien van een telefoon en kabel-tv en sommige kamers hebben ook een ruime zithoek. Er was een fout gemaakt bij de boeking van 3 nachten in het Laine hotel, waardoor wij de derde nacht naar een andere kamer moesten verhuizen. Het personeel deed er alles aan om deze pijn voor ons te verzachten en verleende alle medewerking. Wij troffen gratis badjassen, een fles champagne en chocolade vanwege het ongerief. De ligging van het hotel met het uitzicht op de Baltische zee is fantastisch. De kamers waren erg warm en er is geen airco.

There was nothing special about this Spa Hotel. Actually the Spa part of the name is very misleading. I would classify the hotel as a retirement home with poor service. The hotel was is fair conditions. Sheets and towels are only replaced if your stay exceeds 7 days. There was no legitimate Spa at the hotel. The hotel had failed to clean the drapes and as a result there were spiders, spider webs, dead bugs, etc in and behind the drapes. The hotel staff was rude and fail to clean the room. The hotel was over valued for the service. 90 Euro a night was definitely not worth. I would never recommend this hotel.

Surroundings of the hotel were very nice. Peaceful place. Spa treatments were good. Enough parking slots. Standard rooms didn't have air conditioning or wifi. Take your own fan with you if possible if it's hot weather. Wifi was available in public areas and in hallways so that was ok. A la carte or buffet dinner didn't make us to scream "jippiaijee". We did expect more from the menu. Breakfast was ok.

Very much enjoyed using the swimming pool ( with great view of the lake) and the sauna. My sons did too. The hotel is very well placed for discovering the delightful town of Haapsalu with it's castle, bay and renovated Kursaal. I felt the breakfast room could have been made to feel more cheerful, cosy and welcoming.

Location, sauna, fairly good breakfast. No hot water in the room. Older staff that seems to have been brought up for a soviet sanatorium and makes a problem out of everything (parking the bicycle, changing the type of reservation, getting a hairdryer). Funny smell in the room and a note that one should not open windows because of insects. No airconditioning. No more than 7 TV channels. The lift seemingly needs repair.

The location was fantastic with great views over the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very relaxed here and would definitely return. The hotel could do with a some redecoration to bring it a little more up-to-date and even more relaxing. The rooms were very clean except for the many spider webs around the window that liked to come in at every opportunity! My girlfriend wasn't too happy and I had to chase them out each evening.

The hotel was as expected, and the view on the small lake was gorgeous, do not hesitate to pay 10 euros more for it, it is worth it ! The breakfast was fantastic as well... It seems that the hotel has been the accomodation of the nearby clinic in the past, or at least it resemble this sort of building, but it did not bother too much as the area is really quite - to be recommended in case one would wish to rest in such a quite place

The location was fantastic. The breakfast brunch was excellent too. We really had to look for someone to explain the use of the pool in english. The spa treatment was a little disappointing. My daughter and I both booked a 75 minute mud wrap and massage. We really only received a 45 minute mud wrap + massage as the attendant left for 10-15 minutes twice during the time frame in addition to thetime we were in our mud wrap. Would maybe look for another place for the treatments if there is another place in Haapsalu that provides spa treatments. The check in desk attendants were great, bending over backwards to help. The room were nice and the view and breeze fantastic.

Suurepärane asukoht otse lahe kaldal, restoranist ilus vaade, ümbruses palju võimalusi jalutamiseks. Üldine kujundus aegunud. Hommikusöögil lõppesid osad toidud otsa juba 9.30 Hommikuujumine võiks kesta vähemalt tunni võrra kauem.

Toad olid korralikut ja puhtad. Perega mahtusime ühte tuppa (juuniorsviit). Hotelli restoraan suurepärane, hinna-kvalideedi suhe suurepärane.

Utmärkt mat (a la carte) och mycket billig sådan. Morgonfrukosten höll inte samma klass. Den klassiska massagen var välgörande och prisvärd. äNdamålet med resan var I första hand fågelskåning I Haapsaluområdet (främst Matsalu och Spitsham)
