This place looks like hospis and it is definitely not a 4 star. - no air conditioneering - no safe in room - no bathsuits (extra charge) - no fridge/ no minibar - super slow staff - poor breakfast. There was mould on the bread!! - no interior design - spa is more like gym pool Don`t stay there folks.

Sorry, nothing

Again, nothing. Looks like a hospital! No aircon, no fan, nothing. Bloody hot! No Fridge, No Safe. You can just open the window/door and let some air in. But there is street noise and many mosquitos! Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Good location, available pool, sauna, kids pool, sliding tube, fitness room, table teniss, kids playing room. Good breakfast.

For reception staff guests was not first priority. Often was needed to wait some time to get attention, while staff was doing something other - counting money, working with papers, etc.

Good location near the center, the castle and the sea. Nice breakfast buffet. Good treatments and good service from the spa department.

Lunch buffet is not good. The service at the so called a la carte restaurant could be better, but my mainly complaint is about the food quality at the lunch buffet.

The hotel is in a stunning location immediately opposite Kuressaare's main tourist attraction; the castle, and within very short walking distance of the old town centre. As well as having great facilities within the hotel (swimming pool with decent sized flume) It's also next to Kuressaare's small bathing beach and play area, and would be great for a family holiday. Rooms are nice enough and all have a balcony (or decking for the ground floor ones). Not paying the extra €10 a night to get a view of the castle and water was probably a mistake on my part; I hadn't realised what a good view it would have been! Good range of food that is cheap and 'safe' enough for British tastes and staff spoke good English.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja hotelli rauhallinen, ainakin meidän "nurkkauksessa".

Huoneen sijainti oli ikävä , maisema parkkipaikalle ja se piti maksaa heti, näkemättä huonetta. Huone oli nuhjuinen, wc istuimen posliini rikki, wcn roskakori rikki, sänky matala ja liian "löysä"

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Frühstücksraum war sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben für 2 Nächte ein Zimmer reserviert. Als wir ankamen fragten wir, ob wir wechseln könnten in eines mit Meersicht, was für einen Aufpreis von € 20.-- möglich war. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen war keine Spur von Meersicht. Wir schauten an eine Wand und ein bisschen auf den Schlosspark, einen Balkon hatte es auch nicht. Fast allle Zimmer in diesem Hotel verfügen über einen Balkon! Als wir das der Rezeption mitteilten, hiess es wir haben keine Zimmer mit Meersicht, wir hätten eben in einem andern Hotel buchen müssen. Wir wollten nicht streiten und akzeptieren den Raum. In der Nacht stellten wir noch fest, dass der Klimageräteraum über unserm Zimmer war und die ganze Nacht lärmte. Am nächsten Morgen im Frühstücks-raum hatten wir wunderschöne Meersicht. Aber durch die sauren Gesichter des Personals wurde die Stimmung getrübt und es löschte uns bald ab. Punkt 10 Uhr wurde das Frühstücksbuffet abgeräumt, obwohl noch viele Gäste da waren. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, es hat bessere im Städtchen.

Отсутствие в номере халатов, тапочек , шампуня и геля для душа.

Korkea tasoinen, meren rannalla sijaitseva, erittäin hyvät pysäköintipaikat, rauhallinen ainakin näin kesäkuulla, hoidot edullisia (hieroja tosi pätevä)

Ilmastointi? "Länsimainen hinnoittelu" respassa ja ravintolassa. (keitetty vesi kasi e/½ l. Köyhälle kaikki on kallista!

kyllä kylpylässä kuuluisi saada kylpytakki ilman veloitusta,samoin altaan hierovat ja rentouttavat altaat samaan hintaan koko päivän.Sitten asia ,joka yllätti: henklökunta ei ollut erityisen ystävällistä (me suomalaisia,sekö syy?) Ruokailu ekana iltana tarjouslappujen kanssa luvattoman hidasta!

Hieno ympäristö ja kaikki lähellä, myös meri.

Muurahaiset vallanneet osin ruokasalin.
