Good location, especially if travelling with a dog. Hotel & rooms everything but clean... Poor but sufficient breakfast. Dog costs 200KR per night. |

The location of the hotel is fairly convenient. Not very clean - floor in the room was dusty. Most of the staff speaks only estonian. Only two pools and a jacuzzi - other hotels in the area offer more water activities. |

Location, good size of room, balcony, spacious and beautifully designed reception and lobby area. Excellent swimming pool and spa facilities. Friendly staff and prompt attention to a technical fault with the room when reported. I would have liked a phone beside the bed and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, otherwise everything was fine |

SPA-avdelningen var bra, likaså gavs de behandlingar (massage) vi tog, av yrkeskunnig personal. Hotellet gav ett lugnt och fridfullt intryck. Frukosten var klart den sämsta vi ätit i jämförelse med hotellen Georg Ots och Ahrensburg |

Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava. Henkilökunta auttavaista ja ystävällistä. Pienille lapsille näytti olevan mukava leikkipaikka. Uimaosasto voisi olla myös keskellä päivää auki. |

Respan henkilökunta palveli hyvin,hissit toimi hyvin ,aula kaunis.Hoidot miellyttävät.Olimme lyhyen aikaa,tulemme joskus uudelleen,kaupunki oli viehättävä. Parveke oli vaatimaton. |

Hyvä sijainti ja rauhallisella paikalla. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin muutoin tasoon nähden riittävän monipuolinen. Henkilökunnalta puuttui palvelun halukkuus. Varasin netin kautta hoitoja joita ei löytynyt lainkaan, olin hlökohtaisesti yhteydessä haluamista hoidoista. Ympäristö oli likainen, samoin käytävät ja ikkunat linnun ulosteissa. Saunasta puuttui pefletit, alussa oli, saippua oli lopussa. Polkypyörät aivan risoja. Päivällisruoka joka erikseen maksettiin oli loppunut. Ulkona vain parit pöydät tuolineen. Joten aika pettynyt olin paikkaan. Onneks oli kesä ja paljon ulkoiltiin ja pyörittiin kaupungilla. |

Ihan hyvä hotelli. Spa osasto kiva. Kauniilla paikalla. Huoneen lattia vähän epäsiisti.Uima-allas osasto olisi voinut olla auki myös klo:9-16. |

Die Lage des Hotels nahe der alten Burganlage und dem Hafen ist sehr schön. Das Personal schien wenig interessiert (Frühstück und Rezeption). Zimmer und Bad wurden am zweiten Aufenthaltstag nicht gesäubert. Wenn die extra zu bezahlenden Wellnessangebote nicht in Anspruch genommen wurden (nur das Schwimmbad war zwischen 07.00 und 09.00 Uhr kostenfrei), war das Hotel seinen Preis leider nicht wert. |
