Nice location: close to sea, friendly and competent personel; good breakfast, indeed better than in many 3 or 4 star hotels room clean but somewhat small, narrow beds, ok for one night |

Big nice room! And very good with warming in the floor of bathroom! Please ask hotel to put better signs to find hotel from other streets! And, if possible, better parking places for cars! |

the situation near the beach. We asked for a triple room. Initially they gave us a dirty room in another building. The bathroom was horrible.We asked for a change and they gave us a room in the main building that was ok. |

The hotel is situated in a very nice area, close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful parks. The room wasn't properly cleaned and we didn't get enough beds and sheets. Very unfriendly staff, we asked for more sheets+ a blanket and the woman from the reception seemed angry and busy she gave us an dirty felt instead of a normal blanket. The shower was very bad and we couldn't shower in 2 days. Disguisting room to eat breakfast in. No goodbye when we left, the woman spoke in telephone. |

kaupunki oli hieno ja merenranta pitkä ja sileä.Hotellin piha-alue oli hyvin hoidettu ja kaunis. ruokasali pahanhajuinen, huone spartalainen..Julkisivu rappeutunut. Lisäksi huone oli luvattu huvila-osasta, mutta sijaitsikin betonikerrostalossa. Pettyneitä oltiin. |

Aamiainen hyvä. Siistiä. Vastaanotossa hyvä palvelu, ruokalassa ei niin hyvää, hymyä enemmän. Suihku huono. Vesi jää lattialle ja tekee vessasta epäsiistin. |

Spa Hotel Soprus on rauhallinen ja viihtyisä hotelli, joka sopii hyvin majapaikaksi kun matkustetaan pienten lasten kanssa. LVI-tekniikassa oli puutteita. Suihkuhana ja lattiakaivo kylpyhuoneessa eivät toimineet kunnolla. |
