Spa Hotel Soprus  

Hotel à l'architecture élegante, grand parc, situé à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et à dix minutes à pied des commerces du centre ville, enclavé au mileu de superbes demeures et autres maisons de type scandinaves colorées, de jardins municipaux, petit-dejeuner buffet riche et varié (chauf,froid, sucré et salé),personnellement logé dans le pavillon en bois 1900 ("pavillon des résidents suedois"), second batiment de l'hotel,et un rapport qualité/prix en haute-saison excellent (30eu /nuit petit-dejeuner inclus), possibilité de prêt de vélo depuis l'hotel

Accueil assez formaliste, hotel-spa pouvant parfois donner une impression "médicale" pour ceux qui logent dans le batiment principal de l'hotel dont le style est un peu plus contemporain, contrastant avec le parc neo-classique, et le pavillon en bois 1900, Les prestations de soins et spa à la carte sont proposées à des niveaux de prix élevés (rien n'oblige à les utiliser mais c'est dommage)

I liked very much people at he desk, they were great and helpful.

Other wise it was not a good hotle at all. Girstlu room was very small - for 50 euros in Europa you can get a wonderful toom. Breakfast was quiete poor for the price. I did not have hot water first 2 days!!!

Excellent location. Everything works well. Excellent breakfast.

The yellow side building has no internet, so you have to walk over (100 m.) to the main building.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is partly language, but the staff and especially spa staff were not very accomodating, especially in terms of scheduling treatments. Guests should be told they need to book appointments in advance if they are only coming for a day. When we arrived, we got the impression from hotel staff that we could easily book in the morning, only to find out the next morning that the treatments are only in the afternoon, effectively requiring that you stay another day. This was not possible with my guest's timeframe, so the reason why I went to the hotel was not fulfilled. Also, make sure to get a parking pass from the front desk. Again, no information was relayed to us about this necessity only to find a "your car will be towed to" note on the dashboard.

Location near the beach and the garden with the old trees

All treatments of body were not worth of money and the promised time 25 min massage was only 20 min

Hotel is quite worn out, no cosiness. Felt like in a hostel.

Back in ussr. старый советский пансионат. в некоторых номерах чувствуешь себя, как в больничной палате. ресторан - столовая. одним словом, на любителя "позднего советского стиля".

Rakennushan on vanha venäjänvallan aikainen sairaala, josta on puoliväkisin leivottu "hotelli". Rakennus on pitkä kuin nälkävuosi, ja koko torpassa vain yksi sisääntulo. Hissiä ei ole. Aamiainen on sellainen, että siellä nälkä viimeistään katoaa.Internet yhteyttä huoneissa ei ole. Suihku-wc tila on yhteensä noin 1,5 m2. Huoneet pieniä entisiä toimistohuoneita. En yövy tässä paikassa enää koskaan. Ai niin, ja tietysti maksu etukäteen, aitoon itäblokin tyyliin. Hinta vain on hinattu länsitasolle.

Отель находится в непосредственной близости от моря. Персонал замечательный.

Rauhallinen ja turvallinen hotelli.

Iltaisin baarissa saisi olla henkilökuntaa jotta saisi iltakahvinsa.

Хорошее расположение, недалеко пляж и центр. На территории уютный зеленый парк. Хороший разнообразный завтрак.

Во одном из зданий балконы общие с соседним номером, нам повезло, никого туда не заселили. Душ без кабинки.
