Location by the sea. Ample parking. Location a long walk from the center of town. Wi-Fi signal did not reach the room. As a 'Green' hote, there didn't seem to be any Air Conditioning. |

Short walking distance from the town and shops, easy access to the spa, the treatments were good and the hotel was clean and tidy and everything was clearly marked. The scenery from the room was good and no doubt better in the summer Unfortunately the reception stuff appeared a little unhelpful when we arrived saying that they couldn't find our booking. It was rather alarming for us. |

the waterpark.we had a lot of fun inside the elevator which seems an elevator for goods,not for persons. at our leaving,i had to ask to take the reservation away from the desk(card details have been in full view for everybody). |

The hotel is located at the very sea and it was very nice view from a balcony. We had to wait for 3 additional hours to fully check in our room. It was said that the rooms are available from 14:00. Nothing like that! |

hotel states, that check-in time is 14.00, by our room was available only at 15.30. We have not received any apoligize. moreover, hotel staff was booked treatment procedures on 14.10 and 14.30 for both of us, and unavailability of rooms put us in very uncomfortable, unpleasant situation. but still was no any apiligize..... |

Auto parkki lappu oli hyvä.-aamiainen hyvä -sänkyt olivat hyvät,parisänkyssä ei rakoa välissä. -kh oli paha viemärin haju.-Vastaanotto virkailija oli tyly,ei edes yrittänyt puhua suomea,ei opastanut mitenkään,puhumatta sanat,kiitos,olehyvä,näkemiin ei tullut millään kielellä.Aamiaishuoneeseen pitäisi näkyä meri,nyt oli niin hämärää,luuli olevan paikassa joka ei ollut vielä avoinna. |

Avulias henkilökunta vastaanotossa, mukava allasosasto, erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti, upeat näköalat parvekkeelta merelle, turvallisen tuntuinen. Allasosasto ei mielestäni sovellu iäkkäille. |

Hotelli on siisti ja nykyaikainen. Hyvä kylpyläosasto, jossa ei ollut liikaa ruuhkaa. Rauhallinen ja väljä alue ja ranta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellin ruokailutilat hieman meluisat ja kaikuvat. Ruuan tasolta olisin odottanut vielä enemmän. |

Ruoka ja virvoikkeet edullisia ja loistavat kahvit, myös alkoholittomat, mikä hienoa. Siistiä ja viihtyisää. Kylpylä upea. Sijainti loistava. Ei, mutta iltaohjelmaa olisi kiva ollut olla, Esimerkiksi musiikkiesityksiä tai vastaavaa, ainakin nyt kun ilmat eivät olleet kovin hyvät |

Mahtava merinäköala huoneesta kuten myös merenranta, jossa käytiin kävelyllä ja ulkoilemassa. Huoneen suunnittelussa huomioitu nimenomaan nukkumisolosuhteet: ilmanvaihto hiljeni yöksi ja huoneen lämpötila pysyi mukavana ja tasaisena. Mikään ei häirinnyt yöllä nukkumista! Vähän kolkko kylpyläosasto, ei inspiroinut juurikaan käymään siellä. |

Siisteydestä ja hotellista löytyi suomea osaava ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Allasosasto oli vähän kolkko, olisin kaivannut vehreyttä ja sisustuselementtejä vähän enemmän. |

Huoneisen varustelu ja siisteys miellytti En saanut etukäteen tietoa, että kylpylä oli suljettu ti huollon vuoksi. Respa virkailija ilmoitti sen kirjautuessamme sisään. Sen sijaan ravintolan tarjoilija oli todella mukava ja näki paljon vaivaa eteemme. Aivan loistava nuori nainen. Hänet muistamme pitkään. Hän myös osasi myydä jo nyt tulevaa kesää |
