Room was large, well designed, well-equipped, great balcony and sea view. Swimming pool was fabulous. Hotel can be noisy, insufficient sound insulation between rooms. Breakfast was below standard expected. Food in a la carte restaurant was poor. |

Location by the sea. Ample parking. Location a long walk from the center of town. Wi-Fi signal did not reach the room. As a 'Green' hote, there didn't seem to be any Air Conditioning. |

Short walking distance from the town and shops, easy access to the spa, the treatments were good and the hotel was clean and tidy and everything was clearly marked. The scenery from the room was good and no doubt better in the summer Unfortunately the reception stuff appeared a little unhelpful when we arrived saying that they couldn't find our booking. It was rather alarming for us. |

the waterpark.we had a lot of fun inside the elevator which seems an elevator for goods,not for persons. at our leaving,i had to ask to take the reservation away from the desk(card details have been in full view for everybody). |

The hotel is located at the very sea and it was very nice view from a balcony. We had to wait for 3 additional hours to fully check in our room. It was said that the rooms are available from 14:00. Nothing like that! |

hotel states, that check-in time is 14.00, by our room was available only at 15.30. We have not received any apoligize. moreover, hotel staff was booked treatment procedures on 14.10 and 14.30 for both of us, and unavailability of rooms put us in very uncomfortable, unpleasant situation. but still was no any apiligize..... |

Vierailu oli oikein miellyttävä. Lapsille helppo mennä suoraan kylpylään, koko perheen keilailu todella hauskaa ja mahdollisuus kaikenlaisiin hoitoihin ja hemmotteluun samassa hotellissa. Vaivatonta ja mukavaa. Yleisten tilojen kylmähkö sisustustyyli. |

Aerobic- ja kuntosalipalvelut loistavat. Vesipuisto mainio lapsiperheelle. Aamu-uinnit ja saunatilat puhtaat ja käyttö vaivatonta. Merenranta sijainti loistava ja huoneet kaikki merinäkymällä; mahtavaa! Ainoa harmi, että vesipuisto oli huollon vuoksi suljettu juuri joka kuukauden toisena tiistaina ja meille sattui juuri tuo tiistai!! |

Loistava sijainti rannalla, sauvat mukaan ja aamukävelylle! Parvekkeelta oli mahtavat näköalat merelle jo neljännessä kerroksessa. Hyvä, runsas aamiainen. Siistit, modernit huoneet. Kaikissa etukäteen tilatuissa hoidoissa oli hinta/laatusuhde paikallaan eikä mitään tarvinnut odotella. Ja vesipuisto hotellin yhteydessä oli tietysti pikkupojalle mahtava elämys. Miellyttävä hotelli ja uudelleenhan sinne täytyy mennä. |

Spa Tervise Paradiis oli siisti, rauhallinen ja levollinen, aivan kuten olin toivonutkin. Pitkän, hetkisen ja tressaavan työrupeaman jälkeen oli mukavava huilata ja ottaa erilaisia hoitoja, rentoutua. Kyselin pikkukaupasta ja kosmetologilta meikkivoidetta kun olin unohtanut sen kotiin ja olimme menossa illalla kaupungille, ei löytynyt punaiseen naamaan apuja. |

Hoidoista ja rauhallinen tunnelma Hotelliasiakkaille ei kuulunut iltasauna ja uiminen mikä oli huonoa. Ruoka,parvekkeella olisi voinut olla pieni pöytä |
