The Guest who went out in the evening and left the dog barking in the room.

The hotel was very convenient to the old town - literally a stone's throw away. Plenty of eating options nearby in the old town. Good room, large size, good bathroom and shower size. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Having read previous comments, we had requested a room not facing the street; the request was met so we didn't have any noise at night.

The liquid soap in the bathroom sink wasn't refilled when we checked in. This didn't bother us as we had soap so managed. Probably just a housekeeping oversight. Also, the shower door had a gap at the bottom which meant the bathroom was slightly flooded every time we showered - but again no biggie.

The toilet in the bedroom was not smelling good, probably because there is no ventilation system. We warned the front desk, but nothing has been done.

Good value. The room was small but facilities were good. Location was excellent - easy access to city centre and old city. Staff were excellent - very earger to help, cheerful.

We are a c0uple g0t a r00m 0n the gr0und fl00r f0r 3 pers0ns which was t00 small even f0r 2 pers0ns, very narr0w and dark, the staff at the recepti0n th0ugh f0und an0ther r00m bigger 0ne with a big bed, but with0ut a bath, wiht a very primitiv sh0wer. S0 we stayed in a previ0us 0ne as there was a bath.. G00d l0cati0n, great stuff, nice breakfast and nice interi0ur 0f the restaurant. Beds c0mf0rtable but matresses didnt match t0 beds, shame. Staff is really helpfull, and especially thank u Alexandre f0r ur help. We lived in the r00m 114. nice staff in teh restaurant.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. It's location is very central. Vey clean and quite place. And they have perfect staff, especially Marin in the reception was very helpful. And our stay was a great joy. I will definately stay at Hotel St. Barbara again.

A modest but very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Inviting and clean hotel. Comfort and facilities are improving all the time. A bavarian restaurant in the cellar is always a big plus.

Everything about the hotel I found to be perfect!, the staff were all helpful, pleasant & friendly, the location to the old town is perfect, the rooms were comfy & well laid out & the breakfast in the beer keller below was excellent.

The maintenance of the building/rooms. Although the rooms were well cleaned, there was very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The reason was, that the ventilation outlet was filled with dust and therefore the was no ventilation in the bathroom and there was visible mould formation on the shower walls, which mostly gave the smell (and is of course very unhealthy to inhale). This should be fixed as soon as possible (unfortunately has gone so far, that part of the ceramic tiling has to be removed).
