St.Olav Hotel  

L'hôtel est très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Tallinn. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, le personnel compétent et anglophone.

La première chambre dans laquelle nous avons dormi, située au rez-de- chaussée, était très petite et insuffisamment ventilée, tant et si bien qu'il y faisait une chaleur excessive même la nuit (+ de 28°c).

L'emplacement qui est au centre de la vieille ville est bien

Je pense que je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet hotêl, parce que : 1- il n'y pas d'ascenseur dans cet hôtel (imaginez que vous séjournez au 4ème ou 5ème étage) 2- Pour retrouver votre chambre au 4ème étage, vous devez chercher votre chambre dans une labyrinte avec le miminum d'indication 3- La chambre est très petite 4-Le prix est très cher par rapport à la situation de l'hôtel

Hotel très bien situé, en plein coeur de la vielle ville, à deux pas de la place principale.

L'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres d'à coté (pour peu que les voisins ne soient pas discrets).

Very nice very old hotel building. Many stairs inside. Nice big "living room" with internet. Good location in heart of old town. Nice garden. Breakfast is ok in beautiful breakfast room with classic music. Rooms are basic rooms in old building.

Staff is not very kind but it doesn't matter because everything else is so nice. Old building, no air-condition, I don't care, still nice rooms.

This hotel has it's beginnings back to 1437. It very cool to stay here with the way the hotel is decorated. THe room was very comfortable. Wodden beams with brick and stone are part of the visible structure. The breakfast and restaurant were very nice with nice music playing. Paintings in many areas added to a very nice period experience.

The design was wonderful, so were breakfasts and location.

One of the administrators was not polite and he told us wrong information about services. Other stuff was nice.

No wi-fi connecting in the room!

ideally situated in the old town, rooms were a bit small really, but loved the heated floor in the bathroom !!

Excellent location, 5 minutes from Main square and Old town. Room was clean and warm with some excellently quirky features as beams and stonework. The best feature by far was a glass plate set into the floor of the room covering a medieval cellar, this was lit from below and was a stunning addition! Breakfast was served in a dining room that would not be out of place in a palace with enough variety to cover most options.

Probably the best thing about the hotel is location. It is a great starting point to explore Tallinn, close to the main square and the Toompea hill. The hotel has the wonderful atmosphere (maybe thanks to the design) and gives a great feel of the city spirit. It is easy to get to all places of interests, as well as restaurants, shops, and theaters. All the staff was friendly and helpful, there was no languare barrier for russian tourists. The breakfast was great, with the much bigger variety of choise than in the hotels of the same class in other European countries. In is served in the 19-century dining room. I would surely reccomend this hotel for those who want not only to see but to feel the beautiful city of Tallinn

As it was said in some reviews, it can be noisy if someone lives in a room close to you.

Location, nice breakfast, most of people were Russian

We were promissed "a room with a stylish design that includes stonework elements and wooden beams"- nothing of that. The hall and the restaurant were cosy, but not the room. Small room, noisy, no impression that it's a 4-star hotel.

Very fine atmosphere. Very good breakfast, Situated right in the middle of town.
