This is a hotel with antique, traditionally-furnished and cosy rooms on 4 floors of the building, and an overall historical atmosphere with plenty of pseudo-gothic details on display.

The hotel features many ornaments which are pertinent to the era, as well as darker shades of warm colours to highlight the original peculiarity of the building. Genuine stone, dark wood, patterned textiles and forgings are the primary materials used. In the lobby and canteen, the interior design combines styles from both modern times and the Middle Ages. The decor created between these historic walls is a contemporary design, blended with natural materials. There is a restaurant for 250 guests, serving Russian cuisine, as well as a Grill Restaurant on the basement floor for 100 guests. For business guests, there are 3 conference halls with a maximum capacity of 100, 60 and 30 people. The hotel also offers you a beauty parlour.

Price/quality relation is excellent

While the staff attend your demands, like e.g. a glass of hot milk during the breakfast (since it is not available in the buffet) they don't do it in a very nice way.

Nice concept for a hotel located in the Old Town. Excellent position.

If you intend to pay cash be aware that the xchange rate (eek-eur) is
not the best you can find. Don't expect the staff to be extremelly
helpful, you might have to ask twice for a simple service. Rooms are
pretty small but they're charming. The "Do not disturb" sign has no
meaning here, the maid entered the room ignoring it. No elevator; still
they have a bell-boy.

Our room was exactly as requested and very good and quiet. Location was marvellous. It was the best value for money we found for Tallinn.

Breakfast buffet food was largely out of a tin, but the price was so low, that is not unreasonable. Had I not booked via this website and payed the full price I would have felt disatisfied with the food.

we could not sleep during the night because of laudy people in the room next to us and very poor isolation of the wall between both rooms

Bargain price for 4-star hotel when we reserved the room one day in advance. Their target is to sell all rooms for a reasonable price rather than keep the room price & empty rooms. Only negative side was that in Tallinn it is almost impossible to find parking lot & parking prices are extremely high for one day.

Parking would be a plus but again it is not possible in the old town.

Excellent location in the center of the Old Town, lovely and quiet old building, very helpful staff. Very pleasant stay overall.

The old building is a big labyrinth, not easy to find your room if it's not on the ground floor. But it's an advantage too because it creates a pretty atmosphere

I like its location and the style of the hotel architecture.

The room was too small: two beds in a narrow place and no room to store anything , no wardrobe or space to move..I thing it should not advertise as a four -nor 3star hotel..Unless they make that room a single one for example.

1. I expected in accordance with information in your web page to book the room on mansard floor but was accommodated on basement room without windows. 2. Because I had to leave early(5:30 am) I asked at the evening to serve me on morning some kind of breakfast. Acting adminstrator promised that but morning administrator didn't know nothing about the matter and I left without breakfast.

Central and convenient for at least 5 restaurants and 3 bars (and if you
like that sort of thing two strip clubs(discrete)). Very quiet.

The receptionist on arrival was very off-hand and not friendly gave the
impression that I was a nuisance to disturb her. The receptionist during
the week was a little better but not much. The room was nice but on the
4th floor and difficult to get to if you had a lot (or big) baggage. It
was also very hot, (no air con.) and no curtains on the skylight window
so from 3am it was light in the room.
