    Lack of A/C

the breakfast in "medieaval" style was a suprise. it was more than sufficient and the atmosphere was special to say the least (complete with candle lights). the location is superb. the interior is a mix of all sorts of styles and it breathes an air of quietness which i liked.

when it's hot, sleeping is just not comfortable: no AC, not even a fan to cool off during warm summer nights. there are not black-out curtains and the bathroom doesn't get a cleanover. tv has only 3 channels. finding the entrance is a problem: you have to go to malmö street, although the address given is hospidali street 8.

Staff was nice. Location was good, near all the restaurants and the main walking street. 15 mins walk to the beach, by bike 5-10 mins.

Room was really small. It was clean but got a feeling of brothel. You were able to hear all the noice from the hallway. Breakfast was horrible. Not worth of paying 100€ for tiny room during the high summer season.

Nice medieval setting. Rooms are very basic, breakfast is meh.

Beds are not very comfortable. Some staff members were nice others were not.

Location in the centre of Pärnu, quiet rooms, friendly staff, interesting medieval breakfast

Booked a room with a double bed, received one with two separate beds that we could put together though, but there remained a huge gap between the two beds. Parking conditions were very narrow, place only for 5-6 cars - too few for a large hotel. They don't spend money even on simple maintenance - the yard gate was exactly same way broken as one year ago. The whole place feels slowly a bit tired... For 100 EUR/night for two we'd expect a little bit more.

Really well located. Helpful and friendly staff. Generally stylish interior. Closed parking areas.

Breakfast room could have some more light. It is very OK for the dinner, but during the breakfast it was rather difficult to see what was offered on the plates. The breakfast itself was decent, though.

Historical milieu. The staff in the reception was helpful and friendly.

There were not enough water glasses for hotel guests! Many people were missing glasses in their rooms and were requesting them in the reception. The rooms were not clean. Lot of dust on the floor and on the furniture. The staff in the breakfast was serious and could not speak different languages. The kitchen staff played disco music in the kitchen while in the breakfast hall there was medieval music. This was conflicting. Lots of noise during the night due to the nearby night club This should be mentioned in the hotel despcription.
