Min kone og jeg var meget overraskede over den høje og gennemførte kvalitet på hotellet. Personalet er virkelig på mærkerne og forstår at få gæsterne til at føle sig hjemme. Dette hotel skal bare prøves. Nej, hotellet er så gennemført, at der ikke er noget der skal om. |

The very central location, just a few steps away from the main square. Also when I requested a room with a larger bed than what I'd been given, the staff immediately accomodated me to a double room free of charge. The thorough vacuuming in the room right below mine at 6.55 am. However, that stopped seconds after I called the reception to complain. |

There was a charming atmosphere of old times' luxury. The staff in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a very spacious room which was great. The hotel can really be recommended for the price. We did not notice anywhere beforehand that there was no elevator in the hotel, but it did not disturb us. |

We were 2 persons in 2 rooms. I got a very nice just refurbished room (107) that was really lovely. My friend got an old unfurbished room (108), so the marks for that room would be totally different. The breakfast is not up to ****-standard. There are no fruits etc. The omelette was very good though. |

Excellent hotel 10/10: location in the heart of Old Tallinn, in historical building. Top level room, ample, plush, elegant yet functional (free wireless). Lot of nice details (from bathrobe and slippers to full shoe polish kit). Excellent breakfast. Excellent Estonian restaurant on the premises. Terrific value for a Western European: room 90 euro incl. breakfast. In Paris/London you would pay 400-500 euro for such quality. Strongly recommended. Mishap with the laundry, which wasnt able to return shirt in time. But the hotel didnt charge for laundry cost and sent shirt by taxi to my business meeting at no charge. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room. Good location. No coffee and tea making facilities in room. Hotel's Russian restaurant was closed on Sunday & Monday evening - this was not made clear before or after we made the booking (we had intended to eat there). |

The hotel met all our expectations: almost on the corner of the Market Sqaure and just a few steps away from the Toompea. Comfort, valet parking, competent staff, a very clean room and excellent coffe at breakfast. |

Old style luxury with great service in a beautiful hotel. The hotel and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and most spoke very good English. Couldn't ask for more Although lots of great touches in the room, there was no tea/coffee making facilities |
