Excellent hotel in the old town with fantastic atmosphere. Extremely nice hotel restaurant. Not all staff was able to communicate in English. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room. Good location. No coffee and tea making facilities in room. Hotel's Russian restaurant was closed on Sunday & Monday evening - this was not made clear before or after we made the booking (we had intended to eat there). |

The hotel met all our expectations: almost on the corner of the Market Sqaure and just a few steps away from the Toompea. Comfort, valet parking, competent staff, a very clean room and excellent coffe at breakfast. |

Old style luxury with great service in a beautiful hotel. The hotel and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and most spoke very good English. Couldn't ask for more Although lots of great touches in the room, there was no tea/coffee making facilities |

An absolutely superb hotel. The staff are a credit to the hotel; attentive, polite, and happy to help in any way they could. The food was some of the best we've ever tasted. We would stay there again without second thought. |

Nice Hotel, exelend location and helpfull staff. Yuo have to reserve Sauna also in the morning, so I did not have a chanse to try it. Restourang was open only to 22.00. Opera finnished 15 min earlier. |

Location. Rooms are great. Everything nice and new. Very charming renovated historical building. As the hotel is located centrally in the old town, you will hear street voices, laughter from the streets and music until 4am. But not very loud. |

Kirjallisesti esittämäni toivomukset oli otettu huomioon erinomaisesti: huone oli kaunis ja rauhallinen ja ilma miellyttävän raikas (tupakoimattomien huone). Sänky oli hyvä (ei liian pehmeä!). Sisustusvärit hotellissa olivat aistikkaasti valitut, kuitenkin mielenkiintoisen runsaat. Aamiaishuone erinomaisen tasokas. Hintalaatusuhde kaikkiaan erinomainen. Asiakasarviot vastaavat kokemuksiani parhaimmillaan. Kadunpuoleisissa huoneissa ei varmaan ole niin mukavan rauhallista kuin omassamme, mikä on aivan ymmärrettävää. |

Aamiainen oli loistava! henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja joustavaa. Huone oli todella tilava. Huone oli kadun puolella, joten hieman melua kuului iltasella. Suihkussa ollessa vettä tuli tosi paljon lattialle. |

Upea aamiainen. Miellyttävät venäläiset nyanssit. Historiallisuus huokui mukavasti. Äänieristys todella huono; katumelu kantautui häiritsevästi huoneisiin. Alakerran saksalainen oluttupa ei tietenkään asiaa parantanut. Huoneissa älyttömän kuuma; emme löytäneet mahdollisuutta tehostaa ilmastointia tai säätää lämpötilaa. Ikkunat kun joutui saksalaisten humppien takia pitämään tiiviisti iltaisin ja yöllä kiinni. |
