Susi Hotel  

The staff was really helpful in every question we ask abt the town, accomedation, they even kept our bags for extra two hours after we checked out so we can explore the city, helped with directions and arranged a cap for the air port

Maybe the wall pictures on floor two was kinda creepy

Quite big rooms, underfloor heating in bathroom, free parking. Free wifi.

Light bulb should be changed when it's burned out.

Its position. I need to work in airport and it was very near of it.

The hotel is not very clean ( a chewing gum was on the bathroom ground :(). You can hear easily your neighbour. And the breakfast was ... not what we can expect froma 3 star hotel.

The tram stop is nearby. The take away breakfast was ready at 6 o'clock in the morning. There were 3 beds in one room- quite unusual but very good voor a family of 3.

Everything was good as usual and it was my 10th stay in this hotel

Now they ask 25 !!!!!!! Euro for dog in room. This is robbery and reason why I will not stay in Susi anymore.

Staff were pretty unhelpful when i asked how to get to the airport - i was told it was Saturday and the buses are pretty infrequent. So i walked.

We stayed at this hotel for one night because it was inexpensive and close to the airport. The room was fine and we had no problems. There was an interesting memorial across the street.

The location is not ideal for tourists, but probably fine for business.

Location near airport, we had connected flight and i stayed there overnight

I left 6 o' clock on morning and receptionist refused even to give me cap of tea with explanation that a kitchen opens at 7. For 3 stars hotel it is strange and was unpleasant

Location was excellent. Within 2 kilometers of everything that we needed to go to. The staff was great and polite.

Air conditioning didn't work in the room, and there was no fridge. One lightbulb had also burned out. Those were minor things, the experience was positive all in all.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good clean, comfortable hotel. Close to my destination in Tallinn. Good value for money.

Walls between rooms are a little thin in terms of noise from occasional rowdy neighbours.

Everything was great and i really couldnt find fault atall ...check in was handled efficiently ,every member of staff extremely helpful and attentive ...value for money is excellent ......i had a single room which was really big with a double bed and really comfortable ...i ate at the hotel in the evenings and the food was fantastic ,i also dined at lunchtime on my last day and was really impressed with their set menu deal ....overall,a great hotel at a great price ..will definitely return ..

Really good location next to highway from St. Petersburg and next to airport.

Bad sound insulation between room, furniture and instalation is quite old.

Room was very clean and quite spacious. Altough it is outside the city centre it is exactly opposite the tram that takes you directly to the city.

The shower was a bit too small and the walls are not sound proof. Adjacent there was a family with children that kept on making noise and everything could be heard through the wall.

Really good hotel for the money we paid, spacious and clean room, sufficient breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. No problems during stay. Friendly personnel. The hotel could be recommended to other travellers!

the cover for the mattress is too little, not big enough, and could not be placed good over the mattress. By turning in the sleep the cover was several times rolled together under the body and hat to be spread over the mattress again. My sleep was several times disturbed because of that.

I booked this hotel for my mother and my two cousins for one night as they had to catch an early plane from Tallinn airport. Fantastic choice!!! I have to give 10 points for the hotel staff, who were very very helpfull! Would definately book this place again, specially if you have to fly out of Tallinn airport.

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good location.

When we arrived the two men at the desk seemed very prejudice towards us. It was like they didnt want us there because we are young.
