Susi Hotel  

When we arrived the two men at the desk seemed very prejudice towards us. It was like they didnt want us there because we are young.

It's nice place to spend night. Good location, just 5 min by car from the airport

It was my third stay in Susi. Everything was super, as usual. Spacy room, high sleeping comfort, weel trained staff, good qquality Wi-Fi, free parking.

When I stayed in hotel before, I have some claims about quality of breakfast (scramled eggs and sausages were cold). Now they there hot ! But still want see on breakfast not bread from nearest shop, but pastry/hot rolls.

Location, availability, open parking

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 years, and in my opinion decreased product range at breakfast. And last time,when we call to the hotel in order to book the room, the reception administrator told us that all rooms are are occupied. We were very surprised to find great variety of rooms in booking.com. The administrator was too lazy to answer our request??

Very good value for money

У отеля можно бесплатно припарковать машину. Очень удобно потом доехать до аэропорта - ехать 5 минут. В город можно доехать на трамвае (остановка недалеко от отеля). Просторный, теплый номер с хорошей мебелью. Бесплатный wi fi во всем отеле. Неплохой завтрак. В отеле есть ресторан, работающий до 22 часов, что удобно при позднем заезде.

На общественном транспорте ездить от отеля вообщем-то далековато. В ресторане мужчина-официант постоянно путал заказ и приходилось разбираться - неужели трудно переспросить?

Close to tram (2,4) stop "Ulimiste"

The room was very clean and comfortable, and although the staff were a little reserved they were helpful, efficient and spoke excellent English. The free Wifi access in all rooms was a great bonus, as was the complimentary breakfast. The fridge, bottle opener and glasses in the room was a nice touch for anyone wanting a cold beer at the end of the day! We especially appreciated the staff's help in providing tram ticket each day for a 1 Euro charge, and the closeness of the hotel to the tram stop was ideal.

The breakfast could be improved. The food needs be kept hotter in the buffet breakfast bar - the sausages in particular had gone a bit cold. There was an excellent variety of food for both meat-eaters and veggies to get their fill, but the food was not of the best quality. The breakfast waitress was also not very friendly! There is also not a lot of information regarding activities in Tallinn - leaflets, maps, etc., so we were glad that we had our Guide Book and access to the internet for this information. But a free map would be good!

I liked prices and comfort of Susi Hotel. It's also located very convenient, not far from city center.

The staff was polite, very helpful, speaking russian. The location of the hotel is great for tourists, travelling by car, situated at the entrance to the city. By the way, it's very easy to get to the centre of the city: only 15 minutes by tram. The breakfast was good and different. I was very glad that I had an opportunity to travel with my dog. And it was a pleasant surprise to get a big room without any smell of the other dog, living there before (I think they have some rooms for tourists, travelling with pets). So in my opinion, a nice hotel, value for money.

May be the price for the dog can be lower.

A clean hotel in an affordable price range. Good value for money.
