Good hotel, everything new, parking. A little bit far from the center, but no problem if you come by car. There is a road to St-Petersburg with high traffic even in the night and railway road nearby with some. So, no way to keep window open if you can't sleep with noise from outside. There is air-conditioner in the room, but it is located exactly above the bed. |

One and only friendly person was the nice reception lady- pity she appeared when we were checking-out already. The personel seemed not carying about anybody. After 20 min. of waiting at my table I left the restaurant without being served (the waiter saw me and had only 3 guests at that time). The receptionists also seemed bored with the presence of the guests. The room wasn't well cleaned- my dirty glass remained untouched for 3 consecutive days, dirty carpet etc. |

Hotel staff wasn't really friendly. Triple room is not really triple as they descibe it, it is double room with one extra bed in the coridor.. |

Beds were very comfortable and breakfest were very delicious the room looked as it wasn't cleaned before our arriving. We ordered tripple room, but as we arrived, we discovered, that there are only 2 beds. After that came in cleaner and put in that small room one more bed. And she even asked if she could make that bed...(?!) Conditioner didn't work, on the bathrooms floor was all over small hair (not ours obviously). |

Location was good, and the breakfast also At first we came to the hotel man on the reception said other price to pay for the room. we were in doubt, because reservation was clearly showing 62 euros, but on the reception he said that it would cost 86 euros. Thank God we had copies of the reservation, printed from the internet, so he took this copies, and finally we paid only 62 euros, as it was booked. |

Huoneet siistit ja tilavat,sijainti hyvä.Kauneushoitola,ja kampaamo samassa talossa,ihana pistäytyä rentoutumassa.Kauneushoitolassa ensiluokkainen palvelu. Aamiainen ala-arvoinen,pilaa muutoin niin mukavan hotelli kokemuksen. |

Hyvä vaihtoehto omalla autolla liikkuvalle, pysäköintitilaa on riittävästi. Etenkin työmatkalaiselle sopiva hotelli, varsin hiljainen vaikka sijainti vilkkaan tien varrella. |

hotellissa on erittäinhyvät ja ilmaiset parkkipaikat autolle, ravintolapalvelu oli mielestämme aivan hyvää ja kohtuu hintaista.makustamme yleensä omalla autolla ja hotelliin on helppo löytää. |

hivenen kaukana keskustasta sijaitseva kohtuullinen kaupunkihotelli -ravintolapalvelut onnettomat hyvä keuneushoitala. Huoneissa tupakointimahdollisuus vaikka kylttien mukaan se oli kiellettyä. tupakointi olisi pitänyt olla kiellettyä. |

Hotelli oli oikein siisti ja meidän kannaltamme sijainti oli erinomainen.... Suomen Tv-kanavat puuttuvat kokonaan. Olemme yöpyneet sielä kolme kertaa ja jo ensimmäisellä kerralla pyysimme, että tv1, tv2, tv3 ja tv4 viritettäisiin hotelliin. Mitään ei ole tapahtunut? Meille tv on tärkeä, koska oleskeleem huoneessa paljon, koska olemme työmatkalla ja melko väsyneitä juhlimaan. Haluamme tietää, mitä uutiset Suomessa kertovat. Anja Änkö/ Sähkö-Hela Oy |
