It is a good modern business hotel that provides you no surprises. Unacceptably many small things didn't go as smoothly as it should in this level hotels (e.g. all room lights didn't work, both check-in and check-out had some confusion). The spa is only one pool and two saunas. It is not really five star hotel in Asian or American standards as far as luxury or service is concerned. |

Room was fantastic with an amazing view over the city. Staff were very helpful and even ordered us a pizza from the town and got it delivered to our room for us. |

Because of the quiet season, we were offered to upgrade our room to a Swiss Executive double room by adding the lunch and dinner meals an a cocktail reception at the executive club for the price of another breakfast. The room was superb, confortable with a magnific view. Calm & quiet atmosphere. The air conditionner in the room was a bit loud. |

The beds were awesome! The doors in the bathrooms. You could see through them and they didn't have locks. Also staff in the 8th floor's restaurant was very rude and didn't show any signs of humanity. |

Absolutely amazing hotel the rooms and facilities were nothing short of fantastic. This must be the best hotel in Estonia. It's a very minor point but the pool could have been warmer. |

Truly posh and stylish hotel decorated in trendy browns and cream color, super comfortable bed and luxurious bedding, spectacular sauna (especially aromatized Turkish bath), amazing massages (I had a milk/honey body wrap and head massage with Svetlana--it was heavenly!) The reception staff was pleasant but in a detached, corporate way. They had some mess up with my credit card payment (charged me twice), but all was fixed at the end. The hotel is not in the historic center (and a bit of a walk, especially in high heels:) |

In the executive launch you get free food and drinks (lunches and dinners) which is very handy. The food offer is simple but quite Ok, we liked this feature. In addition the executive rooms enjoy free use of the swimming pool and sauna, both are nice. Breakfast is too simple. For instance, no fresh vegetables are served for breakfast which I find very strange. Skrumbled eggs were kind of stone hard on the surface by 9:00 in the morning, no good. I bought foot massage (called Foot paradise) in the spa and it was nothing to remember (25 eur) at all, can not recommend this to anyone, not really professionally done. Spa facilities are nice though. |
