The hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff are brilliant and the food & drink is top notch! I highly recommend you stay here in Tallinn. Also, the fine dining in the restaurant was a fantastic experience and absolutely delicious! Our advantage double room was large and very modern. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is great and the rainforest shower is fantastic. The spa is located on the 11th floor and has a sauna with a window and overlooks Tallinn (in this case snowy Tallinn!)

The hotels was a very luxurious one, and the executive lounge hads a very good variety of food and soft drinks, so that was perpfect. The view over Tallin was also great, as the hotel was much higher than its surroundings. We had a nice stay in your hotel from the 12th of September, to the 14th of September. It was our first time in Estonia, as we run a housing business in Norway, and will have a lot of business from different Estonian companies producing houses and cabins, for delivery to Norway. We will also be travelling a lot to the Baltic countries in the future for business-trips, mostly to Estonia but also the other Baltic countries and Poland together with potential and existing customers. Our stay was very pleasant as described. At our check-out, I mentioned a thing that had bothered me during our stay, and I expected a feedback about it, but haven't heard anything. As I mentined to the receptionist, our Swiss Executive room had a smell of urin. The scent was quite distinct, and I think it comes from the bathroom. At first I thought it came from the aircondition, but I am not sure. Anyway, I told the receptionist about it on our time of check-out, and was expecting some kind of feedback. As we plan on taking many trips back to Tallin, we expect that our feedback be handled and at least given some kind of attention, and not just pretend like nothing. The overall experience apart from this thing, is a good one. The executive lounge was nice, regretfully we didn't have time for a spa and relaxing treatment at your hotel this time. The rest was good, the view fantastic. Prior to your stay, we have been on a three week trip to New York staying at the Hilton Hotel, the Mirage in Las Vegas, the Sheraton in Hawaii and the Hilton in San Francisco. We bring our baby along with us all the time, and only choose upgraded hotelrooms, so our stay will be as pleasant as possible. We had a little hard time finding your location at the day of the arrival, as our GPS was not functioning, and your logo is qiute anonymous in comparison to your huge building.

Swisshotel Tallinn is located on a beautiful and central spot with a magnificent view over the historic city. The modern and luxurious atmosphere makes one feel comfortable and at ease. The friendly staff makes one feel at home and good food and drinks adds to a very pleasant stay. I would have loved for my stay to be longer.

Good quality hotel with a good location not too far from the old town, short taxi fare or 10 minutes walk. Water in the pool was a little chilly, as to was the air, I needed to wrap up whilst lying on the lounger after getting out the pool.

I was looking for luxory Hotel in Tallinna. This is good level Hotel in Tallinna. Personnel service quality is still little bit east-Europa stylish, but within 10-20 years it is same level as Finland's and Swedish's luxury hotels. Hotel staff need more smile to all personnel! Not only smile in reception and bar staff. Also security personnel must be customer orienteering attitude.

The upper floors room provides a great view of Tallinn with city in the distance. The room is luxuriousness for furniture and fixtures. Furthermore this hotel have bountiful buffet breakfast and dinner , and It's very good taste .At last hotel staff is kind and treated us with good service. It is the old part of the city of Tallinn and seaport terminal in a direction away from this hotel. But Taxi and bus fare is low. I recommended taxi and bus than walking in transportation device.

There are 3 undeniable advantages: 1) unlimited high-speed internet in the room; 2) amazing views over the city; 3) tranquillity. 1) The bathroom (including toilet) is separated from the bedroom by the glass wall. Such solution should probably fit in a "red lights district" hotel, but anyway - in the reputable high class hotel. 2) The white interior of the room makes a feeling of coldness, so the room is not cosy at all. 3) The windows are not opening, so no chance to get a fresh weather. The air-conditioning system is very inertic, it takes a half of the day to establish the necessary temperature in the room. 4) The reception staff is not attentive, doesn't have the necessary customer service skills. 5) The car parking is terribly overpriced: 25 Euro per night. I haven't seen such price for the parking in any European capital city.

The overall nice and friendly environment, the gym was really good, spa nice, thought not for kids. For "girls" who enjoy luxury, spa and shopping the hotel is best possible Some people obviously didn't appreciate the athmosphere

The Swissotel Talinn is a fantastic hotel, and I would undoubtedly recommend it to friends and family. The rooms were of an excellent standard and were cleaned immaculately each day and I would highly praise the acommodation/housekeeping staff. The hotel as a whole had a most impressive interior - the pool and spa were also most impressive - both from a cleanliness and luxurious point of view. Overall a fantastic hotel! On our arrival to the hotel the receptionist was most unfriendly as was she the following day also - and first impressions do count. When one is paying a lot for a service one expects service with a smile!!

Our room was on the 13th floor and the view was fantastic. The room was equipped with everything a traveller needs. As we were a romantic couple, we enjoyed having a half-transparent wall between the bedroom and the bathroom :) And the espresso-making machine was great. I also enjoyed the spa centre, with a big swimming pool and great massage. We also loved the Cafe with very friendly service and the bar on the 30th floor, with the great view. I would say the hotel is really one of the best in Europe. Service was great, design was great, cleanliness was great, sleep was great. Everything exceeded expectations. The only thing we were rather ambivalent about was that some couples staying in the hotel took their little children everywhere - even to the bar! My idea of perfect rest in the spa centre does not include loud children, juming into the swimming pool from the edge of the pool, while their mother is somewhere in the sauna. I understand that many couples come to the hotel with kids and it is ok as far as they do not take the kids to the bar and to the spa. Or, taking them there, they take responsibility and watch what the children are doing, not leaving them alone and letting them splash other people with water or dive into the swimming pool.

Good and friendly service. Good location and very nice view from the hotel room. Breakfast was excellent with special requests such as gluten and lactose-free food provided and served very nicely by the waitering staff. The person (young lady) who attended to us at the concierge was extremely nice. Overall: Expectations met for a 5 star hotel. the staff should smile more.
