The hotel was very clean, and the room was very impressive. My room hasn't got the best view of the sea, but you can see the old town very well. Somehow the glass door of the shower room can't close tightly, so water was leaking everywhere, which was a pain because I have to spend 10 mins to clean everything up before I can leave the bathroom. |

service pak received. silence in room. cuisine. room keeping should be more attentive - previous guests' hair on pillows or bath is that we do not like. |

Pleasant staff; luxury room, excellent hotel and not too far from the centre. At registration they blocked 1.6 times the hotel fee as a quarantee without informing us before! This is unacceptable! |

My room was well appointed, well cared for and had a magnificentg view of the sea. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated, well lighted and had an excellent lobby bar for meetings. This hotel is also very convenient to the Tallinn airport. |

attitude of staff to comments and requests, although we have not provided a room, which we ordered, because through the reservation was not passed, our desire for mind out of the window. Every day, we did not change the towels and pastels, although I made a comment. The room broke the phone, 2 days repaired. Prices in restaurants at the hotel are very high. Therefore, many prefer to eat in town. Even near the hotel "Radisson Sas", much cheaper. |

clean, nice city view, very comfortable room, free-wifi, ipod station, private lounge and free sunday lunch+dinner for executive customers. Almost perfect. A true five-star hotel. air conditioning is too noisy. service at swiss restaurant is very slow. |

We were offered upgrading to harbour view for almost no costs. Nice rooms, not to mention the sophisticated public areas. Breakfast was just lovely. The hotel is still within comfortable walking distance to old town. Parking is just across the street with elevator to the reception. We just loved it. When we ordered gt on Tanqueray in the sky bar the waiter offered Tanqueray10, and one of us accepted. We we got the check the 10 was 3 times more expensive !!. Normally the difference is not that big so he should have told us. No big thing but we got an unpleasant feeling that he was fishing money. |

I can't praise this hotel highly enough. We stayed at many hotels in Europe and this was definitely the best. Taking into account the level of service and luxury offered, it was definitely the best value for money too. It's a classy hotel, within comfortable walking distance from the Old Town, beautifully appointed with lots of nice touches (such as two lovely chocolate gifts left in our room for us). We dined in the restaurant which was expensive but the food and service were excellent, the view was impressive and there were lots of nice extras for free such as bread and dips, amuse bouche, sorbet palate cleanser and petit fours, all of which meant the bill didn't hurt so much, |

Location - It is in the center so walking to most everything is great. So close to "The Old Town" that you can spend time shopping and return to the hotel to drop your items off, and return for lunch, take a rest,or whatever. The airport is a 5 minut cab ride away. Shopping - located just next door is a store called "Stockman". It has everything one could need for travel, so you do not need to pack everything. Just bring your money, and you will find it all. Esp. Good for the ladies, and all the toiletries that seem to be needed during travel. Also has a good food store for evering snacks and drinks. Everything, and I do mean everything is available. Open from 10am to 8pm. Ac - We stayed in 2 different room and one had a great ac - the other did not work. Bathroom shower - the door leaked making the floor slippery, so watch out! The internet did not work for our computer, but did for our daughters, no one could seem to fix the problem. There are internet cables in each room so wireless is not necessary. |

It is a good modern business hotel that provides you no surprises. Unacceptably many small things didn't go as smoothly as it should in this level hotels (e.g. all room lights didn't work, both check-in and check-out had some confusion). The spa is only one pool and two saunas. It is not really five star hotel in Asian or American standards as far as luxury or service is concerned. |

Because of the quiet season, we were offered to upgrade our room to a Swiss Executive double room by adding the lunch and dinner meals an a cocktail reception at the executive club for the price of another breakfast. The room was superb, confortable with a magnific view. Calm & quiet atmosphere. The air conditionner in the room was a bit loud. |
