Location good (but everywhere in Kuressaare very close by and pretty wherever you are), staff friendly and helpful. The room smelled strongly of damp, wouldn't recommend it for families with children or those with breathing problems for this reason. There was a fridge, but nowhere to prepare food and no bowls or utensils to use (you expect to be able to prepare your own food in a hostel). Damp in rooms unacceptable I think, and this building has a lot of damp.

5 minute walk to the bus station. 5 minute walk to the town centre. 10 minute walk to the castle. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Cheapest place to stay in Kuressaare. It was probaby due to the time of year but there wasn't much atmosphere. I had the whole dorm to myself. Showers were open cubicles, so there wasn't much privacy.

Calm location, general quality, 24h reception Walls are thick, no isolation between doors and walls: you could hear very well what is going on and what is talked in the corridor.

Tuba oli puhas ja SYG Hostel asub kesklinna lähedal. Tualett ja pesemisvõimalus asub koridori peal ja on ühiskasutatav. Ruumid olid küll puhtad. Pole võimalik einestada.

Цена, комфорт, месторасположение. Как для хостеля очень хорошо, т. к. максимальное количество людей в номере - 4. Кровати широкие, в цену входит постельное бельё и полотенце, в шкафу даже вешалки висели, много мебели (кроме кроватей, стулья на каждого, стол обеденный, стол письменный, полочки над каждой кроватью и немаленькие шкафы + каждому по бра), тихое уютное место, находящееся в 10 - 15 минутах от автовокзала. 2 унитаза и 2 душа на этаж (но это же хостель, в принципе это нормально, бывает и хуже); администратор, который не владеет никаким другим, кроме эстонского, языком; кухня на 3м этаже, где ничего, кроме микроволновки нет; холодильник один на весь трёхэтажный хостель, соответственно всегда забит; плиты на кухне нет; дорога к хостелю ночью полностью не освещается, только маленький кусочек улицы ведущий прямо к нему. До ближайшего магазина минут 20 ходу.

Соответствие цены и качества. Наше путешествие по острову Сааремаа было насыщенным! И в отель мы приезжали только переночевать. поэтому нас всё очень устроило! Персонал гостиницы очень доброжелателен и помог соорентировать на острове. Рассказали где можно хорошо покушать, куда поехать, на что обратить внимание! В гостинице есть бесплатный интернет и компы, что так же удобно. Всё соответствовало рекламе и цене за проживание.

Удобное месторасположение, уютные светлые номера, приветливый персонал - разговаривают по-русски! По просьбе выдают чайник и посуду. Туалеты и душевые хоть и общие, но вполне чистые и опрятные. Бесплатный интернет и парковка. На втором этаже есть комната отдыха с телевизором. Чертовски неудобное расположение розеток в номерах. Плохая звукоизоляция.
