The location was just perfect: Quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the center of the Old Town. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, and all in all great value for money! The breakfast was indeed quite limited, but adequate.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff was really kind and helpful. The front desk girl recommended us a really good place for dinner according to our expectations, not a restaurant that pays money for advertising.

Location to the old town (less than 5 min walk), central bus depot (about 10mins by taxi), ferry depot (10 min walk) and even the airport (10/15 mins by taxi) is excellent. The staff were also quite helpful. Hotel is quite old and shower curtain didn't not reach the floor so the bathroom floor got wet everytime the shower was used.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in a great location, inside the famous Viru Gates but not in the centre of the old town where it could be noisy. The complimentary "upgrade" we got was to a twin room with 2 of the smallest single beds I've ever seen in a hotel!! They were also on opposite sides of the room, so it felt like a dormitory!!

“Nice little hotel without pretense a mere 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Tallinn. Room was simple but very clean and adequate with everything we needed, and food in the restaurant was lovely. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Loved the fact that the hotel was litterally at the foot of Toompea Hill which has the castle and Estonian parliament, St Mary's Cathedral and several great viewpoints of the city.” Myriam, Dublin |
