Taanilinna Hotel  

I like a lot of things: location is perfect: near Viru Gates, 3 min to bus terminal, 1 min to Rimi-market, 1 min to the Old City, 2 min to the big supermarkets like Forum, Viru-Keskas etc,2 min to the stop of Hopp-on-hopp off tours and 2 min to Kalev Spa, and 5 min to Rottermani Kvartal:Kalev shop! Nice quite location, not small room, freige and tea-kettle in the room, comfort bed, flat TV with chanels in Russian and good breakfasts. Very helpful staff in the hotel, interesting design of the hotel, breakfast room, there is outdoor terrase...Strongly recomended!

In spite of towels were changed every day, linen wasn't change for 5 days staying.

The location was good as was the staff service. Breakfast was fair to good.

The whole ambience of the hotel felt like it needed a make over. Ill fitting floor boards showed many gaps both in the hallways and bedrooms. The 'Superior Bedroom' was in the basement with a head high type of skylight window. This together with the hard wooden floorboards made it sound and feel like a prison. We moved rooms to a smaller standard room which was basic and outdated ie: excessive wear and tear of furniture and ceramic tiling etc. Just as well we only stayed for one night...there are better alternative hotels in in the Old Town.

Excellent location, reasonable price, helpful friendly staff, clean and comfortable!

The breakfast was poor. There was a problem with the shower, it was cold most of the time. I suggest you get up early if you wish to have a hot one!

A really lovely hotel,beautifully designed and decorated with wooden floors.Spotlessly clean,staff only too willing to help.Wonderfully comfortable,free internet access and a pc provided in the lounge area if you are without laptop or tablet.Everything a hotel stay should be.Perfectly situated for the Old Town of Tallinn.

Location is excellent. Near to everything in old town. Easy accesss from the ferry terminals. Nice furnitures in our rooms and well decorated. Sperior double room we stayed was spacious and bathroom was huge.

The wall between the rooms were very thin, so when the room next to us started to play music or talk, we can hear everything. Breakfast is basic. Could have been nice to have more fruits and vegetables.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The location is excellent and is extremely quiet. The staff are lovely and accomodating. I would highly recommend it

Everything! Lovely rooms, friendly reception girls could not do enough for us. Excellent beds and good power shower. Full marks. Would recommend Taanlininna and will go back.

Buffet Breakfast was adeqate,Cold meat,cheese,cucumber etc. Only problem was coffee ran out both mornings we we eat there. This the only fault we could find.
